Jest to hotel głównie nastawiony na rodziny z dziećmi (animacje, basen, sala do gier). Bardzo ładnie usytuowany, duże pokoje, świetne i urozmaicone jedzenie (codziennie świeża i bardzo dobra ryba), jedzenie to w zasadzie był największy plus tego hotelu. W pokojach nie ma klimatyzacji, ale są wiatraki i dodatkowo można wiatrak wypożyczyć na recepcji. Każdy pokój ma balkon lub taras z suszarka na bieliznę, świetnie wyposażona kuchnie z ekspresem przelewowym. W pobliżu plaże miejsce i deptak.

Nie polecam hotelu z uwagi na oszustwa, które stosują celem przyciągnięcia gości. Wysłałam do recepcji hotelu w kwietniu zapytanie czy serwują sangrię (hiszpański napój alkoholowy) w ramach all inclusive z zaznaczeniem, że wybieram się do nich latem i zastanawiam się nad różnymi opcjami wyżywienia. Od biura podróży nie udało się uzyskać konkretnej odpowiedzi. Pracownik recepcji odpisał, że oczywiście sangria jest uwzględniona w pakiecie all inclusive. Niestety na miejscu okazało się, że nie dość, że sangria jest wykluczona z all inclusive to jeszcze do większości drinków trzeba było dopłacać 2 euro. Poza tym straszny harmider podczas posiłków. Dużo brudnych talerzy na stołówce a przy dużej ilości gości o 21 to już nie ma po co iść, mimo, że kolacja serwowana niby do 21.30. Doczekaliśmy takich 4 dni bez sprzątania, co nie jest zgodne z ich regulaminem. Także nie dość, że musieliśmy sami sobie w sklepie kupować sangrię i serwować ją w pokoju (przez co złaziły się karaluchy) to jeszcze w papier toaletowy trzeba było się wyposażyć we własnym zakresie. Także bardzo oszczędnie traktują gości a w biurze płacimy grube pieniądze. Leżaki przy basenie już od rana są zajmowane przez ręczniki Anglików (bo ich tam najwięcej) a i tak potem nikt z nich nie korzysta. I co jeszcze zasługuje na wspomnienie - żadne jacuzzi nie działa!!! Ten hotel to jedno wielkie kłamstwo a co za tym idzie nieadekwatny stosunek jakości do ceny! Ciężko też spać w tym dusznym salonie bez jakiegokolwiek wiatraka. Jedynym plusem były jako takie animacje. Biuro podróży nie uznało naszej reklamacji.
