Hotel przerósł moje oczekiwania zdecydowanie jest wart swojej ceny. Atutem jest przepiękny, świetnie utrzymany teren, wręcz ogród botaniczny. Plaża wspaniała, podejście pod górkę nie jest męczące. Bardzo czysto, wygodne łóżka, świetna lokalizacja blisko Morro Jable, dojazd taksówka za 10euro. Z minusów: woda w basenach, poza basenem dla dzieci, była zimna, niewiele osób kąpało się na początku maja, poplamione krzesła w restauracji głównej.

Hotel oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Ogromne wrażenie zrobiła na mnie jego wielkość i mądre rozmieszczenie poszczególnych atrakcji takich jak bary, restauracje czy obiekty rozrywkowo-sportowe. Hotel znajdował się przy pięknej plaży co też było ogromnym plusem. Obsługa i animatorzy rewelacja, zawsze uśmiechnięci i pomocni, a jedzenie przepyszne.

Tym niemniej - na plus szybka reakcja obsługi hotelowej. Odrywające się haczyki. W skrócie można to podsumować tym, iż nasz pokój swoje już wysłużył ..., Jedzenie bardzo dobre i tu jest duży plus. Oferta napojów - jak to w all inclusive - stąd też nie traktuję tego jako wady. Pokoje są czyste, codziennie dokładnie sprzątane, a wymiana ręczników odbywa się regularnie. Goście mogą korzystać z szerokiego wyboru wyśmienitego jedzenia – co najważniejsze, posiłki są różnorodne i urozmaicone, dzięki czemu każdy dzień serwuje coś nowego i nie pozwala na monotonnię. Spędziliśmy w tym hotelu wspaniałe dwa tygodnie, które na długo pozostaną w naszej pamięci.

Wszystkie kategorie mają u nas wysokie oceny i bylibyśmy zadowoleni z pobytu, gdyby nie to, że do naszego pokoju włamał się pracownik hotelu! W porze obiadowej zastaliśmy otwarte drzwi a w pokoju pochylał się nad otwartą szufladą stoliczka na biało ubrany pracownik. Na mój okrzyk szybko zatrzasnąl szufladę, pokazał kieszenie że nic nie ukradł i prosił na kolanach żeby nie zawiadamiać nikogo. Jedna z wczasowiczek pomogła nam w zawiadomieniu recepcji. Nie znamy dobrze językow obcych i ciężko nam było wytlumaczyć zdarzenie.Myśleliśmy, że ich pracownik zostanie odsunięty od kontaktu z pokojami, ale ku naszemu zdumieniu dwa dni później jechał alejka wózkiem akumulaturowym,dlaczego miał uniwersalny klucz? Rozumiem pokojówka . Jak mam ocenić taką sytuację? Mam mieszane odczucia.

Hotel jest OK. Głównymi zaletami to położenie w odniesieniu do wyspy (bliskość do Morro Jable), oraz fenomenalna plaża. Atrakcje na terenie hotelu to głównie baseny, sauna i bary. Brakuje na basenach jakiejś zjeżdżalni dla mniejszych gości, ale daje radę i bez. Pokoje trochę trzeba poszukać, ale są dość przestronne i dobrze wyposażone. Niestety brak jakichkolwiek napojów w lodówkach ale za to dostajemy diwe butelki wielokrotnego użytku do napełniania picia. Duży plus że internet działa w pokojach (za darmo) a telewizor nie jest zablokowany do podłączenia dodatkowych urządzeń. Sejf także darmowy (to chyba już standard). Plaża to jest największa zaleta, ale chyba na całej Fuercie plaże są fenomenalne. Blisko z hotelu, piasek piękny, woda nie jest lodowata. Wyżywienie jest spoko, bardzo różnorodnie tylko że troszkę chaos panuje na stołówce. Największy problem to panoszące się ptaki po barach przy basenach. Trzeba zwracać uwagę żeby nie jeść rzeczy po których ptaki chodziły. Dosyć dobre wyposażenie barów. Alkohole nawet lokalne dobrej jakości. Drinki są smaczne i dobre. Lokalizacja hotelu blisko Moroo Jable pozwala na rezerwację samochodów nie tylko z hotelu więc polecam tą opcję np. poprzez Cicar. Ja przez tydzień bawiłem się świetnie. Hotel posiada drobne bolączki, ale jest dobrze wyposażony i obsługa bardzo się stara. Chętnie wróciłbym ponownie
