Nie wiem czy hotel zasługuje na cztery gwiazdki, raczej nie. Ogólnie lokalizacja w porządku, domki już swoje dobre czasy mają za sobą, zacieki na elewacjach, w moim pokoju problemy z drzwiami (...)
Nie wiem czy hotel zasługuje na cztery gwiazdki, raczej nie. Ogólnie lokalizacja w porządku, domki już swoje dobre czasy mają za sobą, zacieki na elewacjach, w moim pokoju problemy z drzwiami wejściowymi i balkonowymi, hałasująca wentylacja, ściany i sufity z śladami walki z komarami których nie brakuje. Mnie z żoną ulokowali w pokoju na poziomie niby zero ale schodziło się jak do piwnicy, widok na trawnik i ulicę. Jedzenie słabe, mały wybór, a jeśli już jest to w jednym temacie np. owoce morza w większości potraw. Tak uplamionych siedzeń na stołówce to jeszcze nie widziałem, krzesła, stoliki, kanapy każde z innej epoki. Obsługa robiła swoje ale miny miała jakby za karę tam pracowali. Jako że hotel sprzyja rodzinom z dziećmi hałas ogólny panował wszędzie. Jedną rzecz jeszcze, hotel podzielony jest na dwa rejony niby all-inclusive ale idąc do baru po drodze do pokoju zostaliśmy wyproszeni, że niby to inny teren esencia, goście mieli czarne opaski nie zielone jak my. W związku z tym nie wszystko i nie wszędzie można było dostać i wejść. Plaża fajna, duża, piaszczysta, woda może nie zimna ale chłodna, byliśmy w maju. Ogólnie jako wyspa ponoć wulkaniczna, oprócz zadbanych miejsc teren wokół szaro bury. Brak na plaży baru hotelowego, jest przy wyjściu z terenu hotelowego. Plaża publiczna, leżaki i parasole płatne, można korzystać z ręczników hotelowych jak się pobierze. Baseny oblegane przez dzieci z rodzicami, mało miejsca, leżaki zajęte hałas. Basen dla dorosłych pusty, woda zimna nie podgrzewali już, tylko w sezonie zimowym. Przy recepcji głównej wypożyczalnia samochodów, ceny przyzwoite. Cały kompleks fajnie pomyślany ale te cztery gwiazdki, nie wiem. Jeszcze jedno, rezydent, jakby go nie było niewielka strata. Pozdrawiam.

Hotel fajny, położony nad samym oceanem, tereny zielone ładnie utrzymane, jak zakwitną rośliny będzie jeszcze pięknej. Rozległym teren hotelu powoduje, że w pierwszych dniach można mieć problem z " orientacją". Dużo ptaków, co może być denerwujące jednak my jedliśmy posiłki w restauracji głównej więc nie było z nimi problemu tak jak w restauracji sirroco. Pokoje OK, jednak wg mnie warto poprosić w recepcji o pokój na piętrze a nie na parterze. Jedzenie smaczne, różnorodne, plus za świeżo wyciskane soki do śniadania, fontannę z czekoladą.... Pyszna kawa i drinki w restauracji przy recepcji. Na terenie hotelu "poidełka" z wodą i napojami gazowanymi dostępne w różnych miejscach. 2 podgrzewane baseny dla dzieci, woda przyjemna jednak nie nazwałbym jej ciepłą, ale sporo osób się kąpało w maju. Strefa dla dorosłych. Podróżując we 2 osoby zastanowiłabym się nad dopłatą 12€/os do Essencia dodatkowy ciepły basen, pełen pakiet drinków i większą cisza i spokój.

Hotel jest naprawdę piękny, na terenie hotelu są piękne miejsca przypominające wakacje w egzotycznym kraju. Jedzenie jest dobre, duży wybór i dość urozmaicone, jedyny minus to działanie stołówki, śniadanie było zapewnione do godziny 10:30 a pracownicy o godzinie 10;00 zaczynali już sprzątać jedzenie. W miesiącu maj dość mało animacji przy basenach, brak muzyki na basenie, poza tym baseny bardzo fajne, czyste, o różnej głębokości, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Minus za płatne leżaki i parasole na plaży. Pokoje czyste, widać że nie są to nowe pokoje, ale niczego w nich nie brakuje. Z przyjemnością odwiedziłabym ten hotel ponownie.

Jedzenie na śniadania mało urozmaicone ale lunch i kolacje duży wybór. Do każdego posiłku są owoce i bardzo słodkie ciasta. Jedyny minus to ciągle dezaktywujące się karty wejściowe do pokoju co wymagało kursowania do recepcji.

Hotel zadbany, usytuowany blisko pięknej i szerokiej plaży. Check in bardzo długi, obsługa raczej powolna. Niestety karta do pokoju co chwilę przestawała działać mimo właściwego przechowywania i codziennie musieliśmy chodzić do recepcji żeby ją naprawić (czasami nawet kilka razy, a był kawałek do przejścia) i było to uciążliwe. Problem nie dotyczył tylko nas. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Basen dla dzieci ciepły, w pozostałych woda była zimna. W okolicy jeden duży sklep spożywczy.

Brak animacji dla nich poza mini disco, największą atrakcją był podgrzewany basen chociaż dla dzieci małych. Jedzenie dobre, ale bez większego wyboru ( dzieciaki na kolacje nie miały co zjeść, powinno być to przewidziane jeśli hotel przyjmuje głównie rodziny z dziećmi. Pokoje bardzo przestronne, czyste i widać, że Panie dbają o ich czystość. Ogólnie polecam, jak w każdym miejscu są plusy i minusy :)

Obsługa dosyć słaba tak jakby wiecznie niezadowolona, pokoje z papieru tzn ktoś nad tobą mieszka i chrapie to słyszysz to jak by to było obok ciebie, fatalnie zorganizowany check in, czekaliśmy 2h po przybyciu aż dadzą nam pokój, krótkie bardzo wieczory taneczne.

Bardzo czysto, wygodne łóżka, świetna lokalizacja blisko Morro Jable, dojazd taksówka za 10euro. Z minusów: woda w basenach, poza basenem dla dzieci, była zimna, niewiele osób kąpało się na początku maja, poplamione krzesła w restauracji głównej.

Wakacje bardzo udane. Hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania, piękna zieleń, długa piaszczysta plaża i cudowny ocean. Jedzenie bardzo dobre. Jedyne czego mi odrobinę brakowało to aktywności fizycznej, proponuję włączyć do grafiku jakieś popołudniowe zajęcia fitnes a jogę przełożyć na 8 rano.

Gran Tour Fuerteventura — a visit to the town of Betancuria, the first capital of the island: visiting the Church of Santa Maria, a presentation of aloe vera products - the most popular products of the island. Fine goat cheese tasting, lunch at a restaurant. Then drive to El Cotillo - a small fishing village on the west side of the island, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean and small beaches in the bays. Lanzarote island — visit to the region of La Geria, the landscape of which consists of torpid lava and volcanic ash. Transfer to the north of the island to Jameos del Agua - a cave adapted by a local artist, Cesar Manrique. Drive to the Valley of a Thousand Palms. Lunch break. Ascend to the Pico del Chache, the highest peak of Lanzarote, from where there is a beautiful view of the La Corona volcano. Drive along the west coast to the Timanfaya National Park - the Fire Mountains, the greatest attraction of the island. Observation of geothermal phenomena. Then, a drive via Ruta de los Volcanes - a route between solidified lava. Price - approx. 85 EUR (includes lunch).
