W częściach wspólnych hotelu brak klimatyzacji,aula gdzie odbywają się wieczorem występy ma 30 stopni Celsjusza.

Mieszkaliśmy w strefie 16+, sierpień 2023, obiekt fantastyczny pod każdym względem. Począwszy od wyśmienitych posiłków, przez otoczenie, czystość, obsługę, kończąc na nieocenionej rezydentce pani Karolinie. Posiłki - smaczne, świeże, różnorodne, często przygotowywane bezpośrednio przed podaniem, żadnych naczyń plastikowych, serwis kelnerski na najwyższym poziomie. W części Esencia dodatkowa restauracja dostępna tylko dla jej gości. Żadne "masowe" jedzenie jak to często bywa przy opcji All inclusive, brak kolejek przy bufetach, jednym słowem wspaniale. Otoczenie - piękne zielone, różnorodne, zadbane, nic do dodania. Czystość - wszędzie na najwyższym poziomie, szczególnie co nie jest takie oczywiste w innych obiektach, w restauracjach. Atrakcje - hotelowe na 6, dodam, że dla ceniących spokój w części 16+ baseny niemal puste, po kilka, kilkanaście osób. Oczywiście goście tej strefy mogą korzystać z całej infrastruktury obiektu. Wieczorne animacje... koniecznie trzeba zobaczyć. Plaże - ktoś kto wybiera się na La Palmę, z pewnością zdaje sobie sprawę jak plaże wyglądają na tej wyspie. Trudno znaleźć przy hotelu piękne piaszczyste, z białym piaskiem plaże, bo takowych tam nie ma. Za to wynagrodzi nam to krótki spacer (20-30 min.) prowadzący na plaże nieopodal hotelu, robiące niesamowite wrażenie. Czarny piasek, zejście po półkach skalnych, krystaliczny ocean. Pomimo iż plaża nie znajduje się bezpośredni przy hotelu, stawiam 6, aby krzywdząco nie zaniżać oceny. Wyspa - koniecznie trzeba ją zwiedzić, czy to korzystając z oferty wycieczek fakultatywnych, czy wypożyczając samochód. Korzystaliśmy z obu form, ale także z komunikacji miejskiej (wyjazd pod wulkan, górujący nad hotelem). Na zakończenie trudno nie wspomnieć o rezydencie, pani Karolinie. Przemiła, nieocenione, pomocna, dostępna w każdej chwili, czy to na miejscu czy telefonicznie, nie unikająca kontaktu. Gratuluję Itace takiego pracownika. Podsumowując, 7 dni to stanowczo za krótko, aby cieszyć się pobytem w hotelu i zwiedzić wyspę. Obiekt i jakość usług na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Zdecydowanie polecam. Robert i Elżbieta

Spędziliśmy niezapomniane dni w hotelu Esencia de La Palma by Princess i muszę przyznać, że była to prawdziwa podróż do krainy luksusu i relaksu. Od chwili naszego przyjazdu do momentu opuszczenia tego magicznego miejsca, zostaliśmy zachwyceni każdym aspektem tego wspaniałego hotelu. Jednym z najbardziej zachwycających tematów pobytu był absolutnie przepyszny wybór dań, który dostępny był w restauracjach hotelowych. Smakowite śniadania, obiady i kolacje były nie tylko podane w piękny sposób, ale również doskonale komponowały się z lokalnymi smakami i świeżością składników. Kuchnia z pewnością była prawdziwym wyznacznikiem tego hotelu, a każdy posiłek był prawdziwym kulinarzym doznaniem. Jednak to nie tylko jedzenie stanowiło o jakości naszego pobytu. Personel hotelu Esencia de La Palma zasługuje na najwyższe pochwały. Przemiła obsługa była zawsze gotowa sprostać naszym potrzebom i zapewnić nam komfort oraz wyjątkową opiekę. Ich profesjonalizm i serdeczność sprawiły, że czuliśmy się jak najważniejsi goście. Dodatkowo, nie możemy nie wspomnieć o doskonałym połączeniu z internetem. Silne wifi w całym hotelu umożliwiło nam zarówno pracę zdalną, jak i swobodne korzystanie z internetu do celów rozrywkowych. To szczególnie doceniliśmy, ponieważ mogliśmy pozostawać w kontakcie ze światem, jednocześnie ciesząc się pięknem i spokojem otoczenia. Nasz pokój był przestronny, elegancki i doskonale urządzony, co tylko podkreślało wyjątkowy charakter tego miejsca. Balkon z widokiem na palmy i otaczającą przyrodę był dosłownie bajkowy i stanowił idealne miejsce na relaksujące wieczory przy zachodzie słońca. Hotel Esencia de La Palma by Princess to bez wątpienia jedno z tych miejsc, do których chce się wracać. Jego piękno, luksus i wyjątkowa atmosfera sprawiły, że nasz pobyt był niezapomniany. Jeśli szukasz miejsca, gdzie połączysz wspaniałe jedzenie, serdeczną obsługę, mocne wifi i zapierający dech w piersiach widok, to zdecydowanie polecamy ten hotel na wyspie Ła Palma. To prawdziwa esencja raju na ziemi!

Hotel bardzo dobry . Czysty, zadbany mieszkaliśmy w części dla dorosłych którą polecamy dla osób ceniących sobie ciszę i spokój. Obsługa miła oraz pomocna. Posiłki zróżnicowane i smaczne. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane codziennie. Jedyny minus brak wody do picia w pokoju trzeba ganiać i uzupełniać do swojej butelki do dystrybutorw. Baseny czyste mnóstwo miejsca, leżaki dostepne bez problemu. Rezydentka co tu dużo mówić. . Pierwszy raz a sporo podróżujemy udało Nam się trafić na tak pomocną osobę która bez problemu odbierała telefon i służyła radą. Oby więcej takich ludzi w Itace!!

Hotel Esencia spełnił wszystkie moje oczekiwania. Przepiękny i zadbany kompleks basenowy, bardzo miła i kompetentna obsługa, smaczne jedzenie. Hotel dla dorosłych oferuje spokój, ciszę, piękny widok na góry z jednej strony, a na ocean z drugiej. Teren hotelu porasta piękna egzotyczna roślinność, właściwie w każdym miejscu tego rozległego ośrodka widoczna była dbałość o czystość i estetykę. Kompleks znakomicie wpisuje się w klimat całej wyspy, widoczna jest też troska gospodarzy o zachowanie naturalnego środowiska w jego pierwotnym stanie. Miejsce godne polecenia!

Bardzo przyjemny, czysty z miłą obsługą. Na miejscu jest wszystko od sklepu z pamiątkami oraz akcesoriami plażowymi , baru, restauracji po spa, korty tenisowe i plaże. Elegancko choć jedynym minusem jest to że usytuowanie hotelu jest nad morzem ale nie ma nad nim plaży tylko ok 2 km od hotelu z tym że czarny wulkaniczny piasek.

Wspaniały hotel, super obsługa, przepyszne jedzenie 100/10. Hotel jest częścią La Palma by Princess, ale cześć Esencia, przeznaczona dla osób 16+ jest oddzielona, wejście na teren przy pomocy kart. Na basenach cisza, spokój, bardzo dużo leżaków. Ale na całym terenie z którego można korzystać bardzo dużo atrakcji. Duża siłownia ze sprzętem wysokiej klasy:) Pokoje odnowione, przestronne, wygodne duże łóżko, w łazience wanna i duży prysznic. Widok na ocean. Śniadanie i kolacje serwowane w oddzielnej restauracji (wysoki poziom obsługi), przepyszne świeże jedzenie. Do śniadania szampan:) Obiad w restauracji na terenie Princess, ale też są oddzielne wydzielone miejsca (cisza). Okolica raczej "dzika", dookoła planacje bananów. Na plaże spacerkiem ok. 30 min. Do zwiedzania wyspy najlepiej wynająć samochód, ale jak ktoś chce po poleniuchować i odpocząć w naprawdę komfortowych warunkach to można po prostu spędzać wspaniały czas w hotelu. Rezydentka Itaki p. Karolina bardzo sympatyczna, chętnie służy pomocą. Tydzień spędzony w Hotelu Esencia i na wyspie uważam za bardzo udany. Gorąco polecam zarówno Hotel, wyspę jak i skorzystanie z biura ITAKA!!!

Volcanos route — South of the La Palma island - trekking begins at El Pilar Refuge (1440 m a.s.l.) and leads to the south of the island. The highest point of the hike are two ancient craters Las Deseadas (1949 m a.s.l.), from where on a clear day you can see the neighbouring islands. Then we move to the volcano Martin and later on to the town of Fuencaliente, end point of the trip. Route: approx. 19 km, duration time: approx. 7 hours. Caldera de Taburiente National Park — the hike begins at an altitude of 1000 m a.s.l. and leads through pine forests to the inside of a giant crater with a diameter of approx. 9 km. On to the River Taburiente - the only stream of the Canary Islands, where the water flows all year round. Time to relax. Descent via El Reventon, next to Rock Idafe, to Dos Aguas (Two Waters), where the streams flowing from all the springs of Caldera converge. Then the trail leads through Barranco de las Angustias (The Gorge of Terrors), up to the exit of the national park.
