Niestety hotel mnie rozczarował,zarówno pokój jak i łazienka odbiegają daleko od 5* w standardach europejskich. Ozdoby ścienne pokrywała gruba warstwa pleśni a poziom czystości pozostawiał wiele do życzenia. Wyżywienie było monotonne i niesmaczne.

5* to przesada jeżeli chodzi o Hotel Warvick , główna restauracja przypominała stołówkę , obsługa w niej ma wiele do życzenia , np. sok pomarańczowy z dnia na dzień był coraz bardziej rozwodniony , byłem świadkiem kiedy turysta anglojęzyczny zrobił awanturę o jego jakość i zawartość szklanki ostentacyjnie wylał na trawnik , nic to nie zmieniło . Jedzenie monotonne , zmieniało tylko miejsce w bemarach , na rybę lub mięso świeżo grillowane (płyty elektryczne ) czas oczekiwania w kolejce 30 min. Jakość wykończenia wnętrz 4* egipskie , np. toalety w budynku główne lobby ściany w kabinach malowane na olejno , stoliki nie zmyte a rozmazane itp.

Przepiękna zieleń otaczająca hotel o którą codziennie rano dbają ogrodnicy. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Plaża z super obsługą, atrakcjami i cieplutkim oceanem. Pokoje zadbane i czyste. Animacje zachęcające do uczestnictwa. Restauracje a' la carte w których panuje kameralna atmosfera. Idealna na randkę z mężem. Jeżeli szukacie miejsca w którym można odpocząć a jednocześnie dobrze się bawić to właśnie Hotel Warwick. Kuba spełnienie marzeń. Słońca, plaża co można chcieć więcej gdy w Polsce trzaskający mróz. A tam pełnia lata. Wakacje w tym miejscu są magiczne.Sama miejscowość Cayo Santa Maria jest nie samo wita do odpoczynku i oderwania się od rzeczywistości. Hawana zachwycająca swoją różnorodnością. Z jednej strony bieda z drugiej luksus. I nastawienie ludzi, który się ciągle uśmiechają. Muzyka którą słychać z każdego miejsca. Przejazd starymi samochodami po Hawanie to nie zapomniane wrażenia. Na pewno tam wrócimy.

Właśnie wróciliśmy z wypoczynku w tym hotelu i ... było CUDOWNIE! Fantastyczna obsługa, gdziekolwiek byliśmy czy to na plaży, lobby, restaurant czy zwyczajnie przechodziliśmy korytarzem do pokoju, co chwileczkę obsługa pytała nas czy czegoś potrzebujemy i czy coś przynieść. Nigdzie tak cudownie i komfortowo się nie czuliśmy. Hotel jest przeogromny. Pokoje czyste. W restaurant cały czas coś nowego do jedzenia. Super!. Było fantastycznie! Również poza hotelem. Wybraliśmy się w sumie na 3 wycieczki fakultatywne: La habana, trnidat i katamarany z delfinarium. Mieliśmy cudowne przewodniczki z ITAKI : Marata i Kamila. Mają przeogromną wiedzę na temat kraju, historii i życia kubańczyków. Mówiły z takim zapałem że wszyscy z niedowierzaniem słuchali a one to wszystko tak swobodnie mówiły jakby się tam urodziły. A co najwazniejsze umiały zainteresować tą wiedzą swoich 'podopiecznych'. Pozdrawiamy gorąco i ogromnie się cieszymy, że wybraliśmy właśnie biuro ITAKA! Polecamy!

Hotel został otwarty po dwumiesięcznej przerwie tuz przed naszym przyjazdem, w dniu przyjazdu razem z nami w całym hotelu bylo 12 gości!!:) dla nas bajka.Dostaliśmy pokój z widokiem na ocean, manager zadzwonił do pokoju i zapytał czy aby wszystko nam odpowiada.Cały hotelowy personel cudowny - uczynni i sympatyczni ludzie , wcale nie wyciągają ręki po napiwki ale gdy dostaną naprawdę widać w nich radość. Plaża długa ,idealna na leżenie, nicnierobienie i spacery .Jedzenie ok- jak ktoś lubi mięso powinien byc zadowolony bo tego oprócz ryb jest najwięcej. Dodatkowy atut to piękny hotelowy ogród w którym można napotkać kolibry.
