Hotel bardzo fajnie położony ,blisko ładna plaża , dożo zieleni zadbany. Animacje b. dobre i jest ich sporo . Wieczory wypełnione muzyką i rozrywką. Obsługa znakomita - napoje wyskokowe na wysokim poziomie i duży wybór. Kuchnia tez dobra dożo ryb i owoców morza. Jedyne zastrzeżenia to standard pokoi - 5* to standard Kuby. Mieliśmy pokój na parterze ala zamieniliśmy bez problemu na I pieto - było lepiej. Ogólnie ciepło , miło tylko ta odległość od Polski - długi lot choć bezpośrednio z W-wy. Hotel fajny , plaża piaszczysta jak nad Bałtykiem i blisko hotelu obsługa jeszcze lepsza - wycieczki ciekawe. I tak trzymać.

Hotel NA PEWNO nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek, jednak nadrabia wspaniałą obsługą i położeniem - Karaiby. Śniadania monotonne ale bardzo duży wybór, z kolei kolacje - dużo owoców morza, homary ale także kolejki po przysmaki. Toalet przy plaży i w looby - tak jak wcześniej pisali turyści - nie sprzątane, brak papieru toaletowego. Kelnerzy, pokojówki - bardzo miłe, pracowite, uśmiechnięte - lecz każdy z nich liczył na napiwek. Komfort podróży niski, ponieważ miałam 'to szczęście' lecieć liniami TravelServis, których samolot uległ awarii i mieliśmy przymusowe awaryjne lądowanie.

Hotel na początku dostaliśmy pokój z uszkodzonymi drzwiami tarasowymi ( nie można było ich zamknąć ,parter) oraz nieprzyjemnym zapachem z klimatyzacji , za mała różnorodność potraw. Po dwóch dniach chodzenia do recepcji udało się zamienić i było już super. Hotel ładnie położony obsługa miła słabe animacje w dzień wieczorem super.

Za cenę w ofercie ITAKI hotel b. przyzwoity. Pokoje bardzo się różnią standardem. Są przed i po remoncie. Trzeba sprawdzić i jeśli się nie spodoba to koniecznie prosić o zamianę. Szukajcie w budynkach z białymi barierkami. Pracownicy są mili i nie robią problemów! . Wyżywienie super. Żadnych kłopotów żołądkowych!!! Alkohole wszystkie i przyzwoite, zwłaszcza rum. Piwo i wino też ok. Amimacje przyzwoite, zwłaszcza gdy grali na żywo w trakcie lunchu w otwartej restauracji przy plaży.

Hotel ładnie położony. Trafiliśmy na dwa remonty dachu, brodzika i budowę mostka na sadzawką. Sprzątanie terenu - negatywne. Porzucone połamane krzesła, na trawnikach plastikowe szklanki i słomki. Obsługa tylko w restauracjach i na jadalni jakoś się starała. Pokoje - jak się trafi. Za kasę można wymienić na inny - lepszy. Sprzątanie ograniczone tylko do ścielenia łóżek i wymiany ręczników. Wyposażenie w każdym inne. Los szczęścia. Na początek dostaliśmy kompletne dno! Na parterze w pokoju gdzie nie dociera słońce, z zaduchem i nie rozsuwającymi się drzwiami na tarasik w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie pracujących silników od klimy z baru obok. Lampki bez abażurów, brak czajnika lub ekspresu do kawy - po zamianie już był. Restauracje 'narodowe' tylko z nazwy. To samo można było skomponować na ogólnej jadalni. Plaża nie sprzątana. Można trafić na pety, naczynia plastikowe i inne śmieci. Wodorosty zalegają na piasku. Animacje i rozrywka można uznać za wystarczające. Barki dobrze zaopatrzone. Jedzenie różnorodne. Ja nie mam do tego zastrzeżeń.

Hotel ogólnie jest bardzo dobry, położony jest w ładnym miejscu przy piękniej plaży. Obsługa hotelowa jest bardzo sympatyczna. Goście nie czują się tam bezosobowo. To jest ważne. Recepcjoniści zawsze są chętni pomóc, jak do nich się zwraca. Kelnerzy poznają twoje gusta, animatorzy zapraszają na kolejne zajęcia, ćwiczenia, koncerty. Pamiętają kto jak się nazywa. To wszystko stwarza bardzo ciepłą, rodzinną wręcz atmosferę. Brakowało natomiast suszarki w pokoju na mokre rzeczy. Warto też zwrócić uwagę na jakość prania.Nie zawsze były ręczniki plażowe do wymiany. Co dotyczy jedzenia, to, moim zdaniem, można byłoby trochę nad tym tematem popracować. Ale bez względu na te drobiazgi, hotel robi bardzo dobre warżenie. Wakacje były piękne! Bardzo dużo wrażeń. Poza plażą, morzem, atrakcjami w hotelu (animacje, koncerty), było dużo interesujących wycieczek do Hawany, Trinidadu, Cienfuegos, przejazd jeepami, pływanie katamaranem. Niezapomniany jest koncert Buena Vista Social Club, pokaz w Tropicana. Wszędzie muzyka, tańce. A ludzie bardzo ciepli i mili. Zabrakło 10 dni, żeby wszystkim się nacieszyć. Warto na Kubę jeszcze wrócić!

W pokojach niewiele działa, obsługa miła i pomocna, choć z powodu komunistycznych niedoborów niewiele jest w stanie wskurać. Jeśli masz pozytywne nastawienie, to spędzisz tu miłe wakacje. Polecam wycieczkę do Hawany i nad Zatokę Świń (weż własny sprzęt do nurkowania), resztę można pominąć. Drobne Euro konieczne dla obsługi. Weż ze sobą Euro - transakcje w USD i katą +10%. Havana 1 day (coach) - drive in an air-conditioned coach to the capital of Cuba. Before entering the city, a stop at the fortress of El Morro which offers a panorama of the Cuban capital. Sightseeing: Jose Marti Square with a monument of the poet and national hero. A stroll along the seaside boardwalk Malecon, surrounded by colonial squares and Central Park with the Grand Theatre and the Capitol. Visiting Parade Square, where there are most historical monuments.
