Hotel położony jest przy pięknej i szerokiej plaży co nie jest standardem w obszarze Bavaro. Niestety ukształtowanie lini brzegowej powoduje, że tylko nieliczne hotele dysponują tak imponującą przestrzenią na plaży. Dodatkowo sprzątanie plaży przy Occidencial bylo bardzo sprawne co również nie jest zasadą nawet przy droższych hotelach. Co ważne obszary sąsiadujące z hotelem nie są w trakcie remontów, nie są prowadzone budowy oraz nie ma opuszczonych hoteli(w obszarze calego Bavaro na kilka takich miejsc można trafić). Hotel ma fantastyczny ogród, na szerokiej plaży jest imponująca ilość sprawnych i nowoczesnych leżaków(w innych hotelach bywało różnie, a nawet tragicznie). Pokój po remoncie był w lepszym stanie, niż oczekiwałem. Jedzenie do zaakceptowania, smaczne lecz nie z takim wyborem jak w Turcji. Niestety obsługa podczas posiłków słaba, zdarzało się, że nie otrzymaliśmy zamówionych napojów - nawet wody - w ogóle, a bardzo często docierały do nas już po zjedzeniu dań. Oferta kuchni - dość uboga, jak na hotel 5*. Ręczniki plażowe trzeba było "upolować" - często ich po prostu nie było. Widoki i plaża piękne, fajne baseny.

Hotel oferuje bardzo smaczne jedzenie w wielu miejscach na swoim zielonym, uroslinnionym terenie. Restauracja codzienna nie przeludniona. Zawsze znalazło się miejsce, nie było kolejek i tłumów przy bemarach więc można było zjeść w spokojnej, przyjaznej armosferze bez stresu. Plaza jest bardzo czysta i urokliwa, z pieknym piaskiem. Baseny sa czyszczone codziennie, sa rowniez wyjatkowo duze i ciekawie zaaranzowane (przyjemne do odpoczynku lezaczki w wodzie, lagodne zejscia gdzie mozna pobrodzic, bicze wodne, jacuzzi). Pokoje bardzo czyste, przestronne, nowoczesne jak na Dominikane. Obsługa hotelu podzielona jest na tą pozytywnie nastawioną oraz tę którą trzeba do uśmiechu motywować więc bywało różnie :) Czego nam brakowało to na pewno możliwości wieczornej zabawy do późna. Animacje kończyły się o 22:30, trzy wieczory zdarzalo się że dj pograł przy basenie przy lobby do 00:30, ale pozostałe dni brakowało możliwości na "szaleństwa dominikańskich nocy";) Restauracje a'la carte- smaczne, klimatyczne, byłby ich ogromny wybór gdyby nie fakt, że połowa była nieczynna bądź oblężona na tyle, że już po przyjeździe nie było wolnych miejsc. Polecam na spokojny wyjazd z książką i znajomymi bądź na plażowo, basenowy chill z dziecmi.

Ciekawa, karaibska architektura. Wspaniała, zadbana egzotyczna roślinność. Przepiękna plaża, ciepła woda, ale brak parasoli. Obsługa hotelu wymaga znaczącej poprawy. .Widać duże braki w organizacji i zarządzaniu. Pracownicy restauracji nie są przeszkoleni do pracy w hotelu. Nie potrafią przygotować stołu do posiłku, po kilku dniach pobytu goście hotelu sami „zdobywają” sztućce, filiżanki, sami wyjmują z szuflad serwetki. Prośby o kawę lub herbatę są lekceważone, trzeba je ponawiać kilka razy. Jedzenie jest bardzo monotonne. Nie tak powinny wyglądać posiłki i obsługa w pięciogwiazdkowym hotelu. Sprzątanie pokoi odbywa się nawet po godzinie 17 i 18, czyli już po powrocie gości z plaży.

Hotel jak najbardziej spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Pokoje duże, czyste, codziennie uzupełniane napoje w lodówce. Sporo restauracji na terenie hotelu. Minusem jest fakt, że przy plaży jest tylko jeden bar dostępny dla wszystkich gości. Trzeba było się uzbroić w cierpliwość stojąc nieraz w długiej kolejce... Pozostałe dwa bary przy plaży są przeznaczone wyłącznie dla strefy VIP. Wieczory troszkę monotonne, niewiele animacji, codziennie muzyka na żywo przy lobby hotelowym. Niestety ten sam repertuar, zatem po 2 tygodniach znaliśmy właściwie wszystkie utwory na pamięć... Obsługa jest bardzo miła i pomocna. Plaża wspaniała! Bardzo szeroka, dużo leżaków i palm, można znaleźć miejsce w cieniu. Ogólnie hotel zrobił na nas bardzo dobre wrażenie.

Jedna z najlepszych podróży jaka odbyłam wraz z moim partnerem! Hotel niczym nie różnił się od zdj i opisu w ofercie. Obsługa hotelu jak i Pani Rezydent odznaczali się wysokim poziomem kultury osobistej oraz empatia. Jedzenie pyszne, ogromny wybór. Pokój (na nasza prośbę, bez dodatkowych opłat) z widokiem na morze. Wycieczki fakultatywne to ukazanie różnych odsłon Dominikany i spełnienie marzeń o bezludnej wyspie, białym pisaku i lazurowej wodzie. Za rok wracamy w to samo miejsce!

Rezydent wykonał swoją prace w pełni zaangażowany, kontakt był bezproblemowy i szybki. Zero zastrzeżeń. Jeśli chodzi o hotel, jedzenie monotonne, plaża nie sprzątana co powodowało odór. Obsługa udawała, że mnie nie widzi, prosiłem kilka razy o parasol, czy papier toaletowy, nigdy ich nie otrzymałem. Na plaży czy basenie bardzo mało miejsc w cieniu. Jeśli chodzi o obostrzenia w hotelu są w pełni zrozumiałe i czułem się w miarę bezpiecznie. Zgłaszałem w biurze podróży, ze jest to mój miesiąc miodowy, podsycając w dowodzie dokumenty ślubne, nie wiem czy hotel do tego się przystosował czy nie, ponieważ przy wymeldowaniu dowiedziałem się, ze otrzymałem inny pokój. Wiele pokoi było zdobionych z tej okazji i było to widać, gdy ktoś tam był w szczególnej okazji.

Zip lines — one of the longest routs of the Caribbean Zip Line. Departure by jeep cars from the hotel. Qualified guides will give you OSH instruction, explain all procedures and teach how to zip from one platform to another. Manatí Park — an amusement park located in Bávaro-Punta Cana, amidst an incredible landscape of wonderful gardens where orchids and tropical plants bloom.
