Bardzo dobry hotel, w którym warto spędzić swoje wakacje. Ogromna ilość basenów, długa i szeroka piaszczysta plaża wyposażona w setki parasoli oraz leżaków. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, ogromny wybór, ale po pewnym czasie stawało się monotonne. Wielki plus za wieczór w restauracji a la carte! Polecam - z chęcią bym tam wrócił ;)

Świetne miejsce dla osób lubiących komfort i spokój- hotel na 'odludziu' żadnych ruchliwych dróg, sklepów, barów, dyskotek i innych zakłucaczy ciszy, a jednoczesnie (dzięki hotelowej wypożyczalni rowerów) możliwość zwiedzania najblizszej okolicy, poznania sielskiej, rolniczej Grecji wcale tak bardzo nie dotkniętej kryzysem oraz świetna baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie Peloponezu samochodem.

Hotel odpowiadający oczekiwaniom, choć miejscami na pewno wymagający remontu. W najbliższej okolicy nie ma nic ciekawego do obejrzenia. Dużo basenów i szeroka plaża i bardzo dużo leżaków dzięki czemu nie było problemów ze znalezieniem leżaków o jakiejkolwiek porze dnia. Niestety olbrzymim minusem był problem z wylotem - częściowo ze względu na warunki pogodowe, co jest oczywiście zrozumiałe, ale przede wszystkim na fatalne zajęcie się problemem przez rezydentkę i długi czas organizowania noclegu wraz z dojazdem do hotelu oraz skandaliczny czas oczekiwania na lotnisku (na informacje, przyjazd rezydentki, transfer do hotelu, np. mimo wielu godzin oczekiwania nie udało się zapewnić rezydentce jednorazowego transferu do hotelu, cała grupa została podzielona na dwie części i druga część musiała oczekiwać na odstawienie pierwszej grupy do hotelu i powrót autokaru, zapewniony hotel zastępczy w niskim standardzie, jako posiłek jedynie kolacja (napoje dodatkowo płatne) oraz śniadanie w postaci pieczywa i dżemu. Mimo to, że było to nasza kolejna wycieczka z Itaką, z której usług do tej pory byliśmy zadowoleni, ze względu na opisane powyżej problemy na zakończenie urlopu i powrót z ponad dobowym opóźnieniem i wielogodzinnym oczekiwaniu na lotnisku, nie uznaję urlopu za udany i będziemy się poważnie zastanawiać czy wybrać Itakę w przyszłości a także czy polecać usługi Itaki znajomym.

Pięknie położony nad samym morzem, doskonale dostosowany do potrzeb wypoczywających osób, co rekompensuje w dużym stopniu brak jakichkolwiek atrakcji w okolicy. Wyżywienie urozmawicone i bardzo dobre, jedna mała uwaga - owoce często były niedojrzałe. Ogólnie obiekt faktycznie 5* nie tylko nominalnie, ale faktycznie.

Hotel bardzo piękny, piękne otocznie, wszystko zadbane, zielone mnóstwo basenów. Plaża duża, piaszczysta, wystarczająca liczba łóżek. Jedyny minus to bardzo uboga oferta all inclusive w barach przy plaży i basenach. Poza kawą i małym piwem w zasadzie nic nie jest dostępne. Oznaczenia w karcie co jest w all inclusive a co nie bardzo, bardzo nieczytelne.

Obsluga mila, jedzenie dobre. Na tydzien pobutu przysługuje jedna kolacja w restauracji a la carte (do wyboru grecka lub wloska) - menu stale (bez mozliwości wyboru) + wino stolowe bez dodatkowych oplat, restauracje grecka polecam w weekend, bo skromniejsze jedzenie niz z bufetu all inclusive kompensuje grecka muzyka life i spokój dzieki lokalizacji na koncu plaży z dala od sporego hałasu, ktory jest dosc dokuczliwy dla amatorów ogladania zachodów slonca w spokoju i ciszy. Lokalizacja bardzo glosnych, choć chwalonych, atrakcji animacyjnych jest niezbyt fortunna w poblizu hallu głownego hotelu i restauracji głownej, gdzie serwowane są śniadania i kolacje, ale teren hotelu jest na tyle rozległy, ze można wybrac sie na spacer z dala od halasliwego centrum. Bardzo polecam wycieczki z Itaki. Rezydentka p. Lidka bardzo miła, a zarazem komeptenta i sprawna organizatorka, a przede wszystkim doskonale przygotowana do oprowadzania po zabytkach greckich, o których bardzo ciekawie opowiada przekazując dużo informacji dotyczących historii, kultury, zwyczajów etc. W krótkim czasie samemu nie byloby szansy zobaczyc i dowiedzieć sie tak wiele jak w czasie wycieczek doskonale przygotowanych i prowadzonych przez p. Lidke :)

Każdego dnia nowe czyste ręczniki i szlafroki. Co 2 dni odkurzane, nowa pościel, i mycie okien. Hotelowe kapcie, zestaw żeli i szamponów wymiennie codziennie. W łazience wanna z prysznicem. W wyposażeniu pokoju klimatyzacja, sejf (o kluczyk należy prosić w recepcji). TV, lodówka, duży taras. Siłownia otwarta od 10-18. kort tenisowy do dyspozycji gości. Na terenie hotelu sklepy z biżuterią futrami (!), mini supermarket z typowo hotelowymi cenami. Czynny do 22.30. Hotel jest dosyć oddalony od cywilizacji wiec jeśli koś lubi stragany z badziewiem i imprezowanie to lepiej jechać na zakhyntos. WYŻYWIENIE. Śniadania od 7.30 do 10.30 w głównej restauracji. Duży wybór potraw, świeże warzywa (nie słyszałem żeby ktoś od nich chorował), świeże czasem ciepłe jeszcze pieczywo, sery,wędliny, bekon, jajecznica, jajka sadzone itd. Nawet najbardziej wybredny coś znajdzie. Napoje, woda, wino białe i czerwone wytrawne (chyba),piwo, pepsi, 7up, lokalne podobne do fanty, napoje nie gazowane sok pomarańczowy, jabłkowy, multiwitamina nie są wybitnie zachwycające, ale pewno nie są rozcieńczane chlorem ;) i nic po ich wypiciu się nie dzieje. Kilka rodzaj herbaty, kawa. Lunch od 12.30-16.00 napoje jak wyżej, sałatki, surówki, świeże warzywa. Pizza, spagetii różnego rodzaju makarony w sosach, mięsa, frytki. Lody (nie dobre) owoce, arbuz, melon, słodkości słodkie ciastka filo galaretki itd. Kolacja 19,00-21,30 napoje jw. Możliwość wypożyczenia kajaka 30 minut (w all) i rowerka wodanego. Boisko do piłki plażowej. Leżaki i parasole bezpłatne „leżaki w domkach z płótna” 20E za dzień. BASEN Baseny czyste z wodą słodką, przy głównym basenie animatorzy organizują różnego rodzaju aktywności dla gości min. pilates, aerobik, piłka plażowa, piłka wodna, aqa-aerobik, rzutki, tenis stołowy, gry koktajlowe, piłka wodna, kursy tańca, gra w bule. Leżaki i parasole w all. Basen po bokach +- 1,30cm po środku 1,75-80cm. Woda ciepła. ANIMACJE Codzienne animacje od ok. 22 do 23,30-24,00 przedstawienia , gry zabawy z udziałem gości. Ciekawy czas na spędzenie wieczoru. ITAKA, 3 sympatyczne szalone animatorki z polski zawsze uśmiechnięte i służące pomocą. Rezydent- Pilot Pani Lidia niesamowicie ciepła i pogodna osoba właściwie 24h/ w dyspozycji gości. Można się zwrócić z każdym problem np. lokalowym gdy ma się dziurę w wannie (może to był odpływ?) ;) jak Pan z kilku postów poniżej, bez problemu załatwi inny pokój. Z gośćmi jeździ na każdą wycieczkę, odbiera i zawozi na lotnisko, w sposób bardzo przystępny i nie nudzący opowiada o historii Grecji kulturze. Polecamy wszystkie wycieczki organizowane przez Itakę, Szkoda tylko że niema ATEN i DELF. Jeśli chodzi o wypożyczenie samochodu nie spotkaliśmy się z żadnym problem proszę tylko pamiętać że biorą depozyt w wysokości 150E (zwracają kolejnego dnia). Można też dokupić za 8 E ubezpieczenie AC, drugi kierowca 4 E. Grecy mają dość luźny styl jazdy znaki bardziej pełnią funkcję sugerująca.

Mieszkaliśmy kawałeczek od części głównej hotelu i dzięki temu nie słyszeliśmy animacji, co dla nas było atutem:) Jedzenie baaardzo dobre, różnorodne, dla każdego coś dobrego:) Do dyspozycji mieliśmy (w opcji all) siłownię i sprzęt wodny na morzu. Polecam szczególnie wycieczkę na Zakynthos, prawdziwa rewelacja:) Super widoki, super cieplutka woda i naprawde miła atmosfera na łódce:) Rezydent - Pani Lidia - to strzał w dziesiatkę! Każdy rezydent powinien tak dbać o swoją grupę:) Polecam hotel!!!

Hotel nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek nie dostosowany do osób niepełnosprawnych i dzieci w wózkach. Obsługa nie mówiąca w języku angielskim. Sprzątanie pokojów polegało jedynie na wymianie ręczników oraz zmianie pościeli. Monotonne jedzenie. Bardzo uboga opcja all inclusive.

Generalnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu, a najlepiej oceniamy położenie hotelu (szczególnie plażę), jakość obsługi i wyżywienie. Istnieją jednak pewne drobne mankamenty: łóżka w hotelu były dość niewygodne, sprzątanie było powierzchowne, zwłaszcza nie odkurzano pokoi. Bardzo ceniliśmy obecność miniklubu i fakt obecności w nim przemiłych opiekunek polskojęzycznych. Jednak widać, że opieka nie jest stuprocentowo profesjonalna - Panie (akurat nie te polskojęzyczne) nie były w stanie udzielić informacji, czy dziecko jadło podczas pobytu.
