2. DAY. LA PAGERIE - CLEMENT - SAINTE ANNE
Breakfast. Transfer to the south of Martinique. Visiting LA PAGERIE, the former mansion belonging to the family of the Empress of France - Marie-Rose Josephine Tascher. Then a drive to the exceptionally well-kept CLEMENT sugar cane plantation, where in 1991 the presidents of the USA - George Bush and France - François Mitterand met. A visit to the stunning botanical garden of approx. 6.5 hectares with ponds, a park, a tropical orchard and 300 species of exotic trees. Then visiting the distillery combined with rum tasting. Drive towards the village of SAINTE ANNE. Lunch by the beach. Free time at Les Salines or other beach. Return to the hotel, dinner, overnight stay.
3. DAY. REST
Breakfast. Free time or optional (for an extra charge on site): a cruise along the south coast of the island. Stops for swimming and snorkeling during the cruise. A light lunch will be served during the cruise. Return to the hotel, dinner, overnight stay.
4. DAY. FORT-DE-FRANCE - JARDIN DE BALATA - SAINT PIERRE
Breakfast. Transfer to FORT-DE-RANCE. Walk to the St. Louis, a characteristic building with a clock tower, spire and balustrades. It was erected in 1878 on the remains of six other churches. Panoramic city tour: Schoeler Library, Ethnographic Museum, Prefecture. Free time. Transfer to the north. Stop at the Sacre Coeur church, from where you can admire the beautiful panorama of the island. The temple was founded in 1923 in honor of the fallen during World War I, it is inspired by the Sacre Coeur Basilica in Paris. Transfer to the JARDIN DE BALATA botanical garden, surrounding a beautiful Creole residence erected at an altitude of 450 m above sea level. Lunch at a local restaurant. Drive through the village of Morne-Rouge to SAINT PIERRE, known as the Little Pompeii of the Caribbean. The former capital of Martinique was destroyed during the volcanic eruption in 1902. Only one person survived the disaster. Walk through the city streets to the ruins of the former theater. Return to the hotel, dinner, overnight.

Breakfast. Checking out. Transfer to the airport and flight to Guadeloupe. Transfer to the hotel in Guadeloupe and accommodation. Free time. Dinner, overnight.
6. DAY. MORNE-À-L'EAU - PORT LOUIS - POINTE DE LA GRANDE VIGIE - PORTE D'ENFER - MOULE - POINTE DES CHATEAUX - SAINTE ANNE
Breakfast. Departure from the hotel towards Les Grand-Fonds, a chain of hills and valleys that surround the farmland. A visit to MORNE-À-L'EAU, an amphitheater-shaped cemetery. Transfer to PORT LOUIS, a small fishing port in the north of the island. Time for sunbathing. Then drive along the coast to the northernmost point on the island - POINTE DE LA GRANDE VIGIE, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribbean Sea. Transfer to the PORTE D'ENFER viewpoint - the so-called Gates of Hell, then to the first capital of Guadeloupe - MOULE, where the first sugar port was established. A visit to a rum distillery combined with a rum tasting. Getting to know the rum production process. Lunch in a country house. In the afternoon, discovering the POINTE DES CHATEAUX, the extremely wild landscape of the rocky coast, from which there is a breathtaking view of the islands of the Guadeloupe archipelago: La Désirade and Petite Terre. On the way back to your hotel, break at the local market in SAINTE ANNE. Return to the hotel, dinner, overnight stay.
7. DAY. POINTE-À-PITRE - MARIE-GALANTE - GRAND BOURG - GUEULE GRAND GOUFFRE
Breakfast. Transfer to the port of POINTE-À-PITRE. An hour-long cruise to MARIE-GALANTE, an island discovered on November 3, 1493 by Christopher Columbus. Transfer to the picturesque bazaar in GRAND BOURG, and then drive to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Free time for a bath. After the break, a visit to the cassava processing plant. Learning about the production of cassava flour products, incl. local 'cassavas' pancakes. The program also includes a drive through the sugarcane fields to the famous GUEULE GRAND GOUFFRE on the island - a naturally formed rock arch. Lunch break at a restaurant by a sandy beach. Return to Grand Bourg and return to Guadeloupe. Return to the hotel, dinner, overnight.
8. DAY. LES SAINTES - TERRE-DE-HAUT
Breakfast. Free day or optional (with an extra charge on site): a cruise to one of the islands of the LES SAINTES archipelago, discovered by Columbus in 1493 and named the All Saints' Islands. Only two of the 9 volcanic islets are inhabited by approx. 3,000 inhabitants. Terre De Basse, smaller and calmer and its opposite, much more touristic TERRE-DE-HAUT, to which tourist ships arrive. Transfer by minibus to Fort Napoleon completed in 1867, a former prison converted into a museum dedicated to the history and culture of the islets. After a walk through an exotic garden, free time on the Pompierre beach and lunch. In the afternoon, free time in Terre-de-Haut. Return cruise to Guadeloupe. Return to the hotel, dinner, overnight stay.
9. DAY. BASSE TERRE - TROIS RIVIÈRES - PETIT-BOURG - JARDIN DOMAINE DE VALOMBREUSE
Breakfast. Transfer to BASSE TERRE - the western part of the island. A panoramic drive along the coast through the typical Creole villages of Petit-Bourg, Goyave and Capesterre. Stop at the Archaeological Park des Roches Gravées in TROIS RIVIÈRES. The role of the Park is to protect the carved petroglyphs that testify to the Arawak culture of the area prior to the arrival of the Caribbean tribes. Drive on a road leading through banana plantations to wild tropical forests. A short walk to one of the most beautiful waterfalls on the island, 360 m high. Drive to PETIT BOURG, from where the road leads to the JARDIN DOMAINE DE VALOMBREUSE botanical garden, lying at the foot of the hills. The abundance of tropical vegetation and a huge number of exotic birds will delight every nature lover. Transfer to lunch at a Creole restaurant. Return to the hotel, dinner, overnight stay.
