Hotel zgodny z opisem w katalogu: bardzo blisko centrum, z widokiem na góry, w bliskiej odległości od przystanku skibusów umożliwiających dojazd do wszystkich wyciągów. Hotelowa restauracja oferuje dobry wybór produktów na śniadanie, w tym. m.in. świeżo robione soki z możliwością wyboru składników soku. Obiadokolacje od 18.30 - eleganckie, ale nie sztywne (przystawka, 4 dania pierwsze i 4 drugie - do wyboru oraz przepyszne desery). Woda do kolacji dodatkowo płatna. W pokoju i w łazience bardzo ciepło ok. 25 stopni, co umożliwiało szybkie schnięcie strojów narciarskich. Dodatkowo WI-FI dostępne bezpłatnie w całym hotelu (nie za opłatą jak jest to wskazane w katalogu).

hotel czysty, codzienne sprzątanie i zmiana ręczników, ale stary i to widac na każdym kroku, meble wyglądają, jakby były zrobione 40 lat temu i to przez wiejskiego cieślę. O obsługę baru trzeba było się za każdym razem upominać. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma, ale większośc nie mówi żadnym językiem, poza włoskim, więc trudno było się porozumieć. Angielskim władają tylko pracownicy recepcji. Obsługa sama nie zaproponowała dodatkowych usług, np. ski room'u albo drugiej karty magn. do drzwi pokoju. O wszystko trzeba było się upomnieć samemu. W jadalni kolejki do wolnego stolika, 20 min. oczekiwania na obsługę, kelnerzy nie mówią po angielsku. Dało sie mieszkać, ale komfort był nieadekwatny do ceny.
