A short walk to a beautifully situated waterfall and swimming in crystal clear water. A visit to the ELEPHANT HAVEN SANCTUARY in Kanchanaburi, where you can see how these beautiful animals behave in their natural environment, feed them and learn many interesting facts about them. For those willing to swim in the river with elephants (for an extra charge on the spot). Stop at Tam Krasae - you can see a cave with a Buddha statue and a picturesque wooden bridge that is part of the "road of death". Transfer to the town of Kanchanaburi. 4. DAY. DAMNOEN SADUAK - HUA HIN (route: approx. 200 km)
Breakfast. Check out from the hotel. Transfer to DAMNOEN SADUAK, where the most famous floating market in Thailand is located. Merchants from the boat sell fruit, vegetables and other groceries as well as local handicrafts. You can also try traditional dishes prepared on the boats. Free time for shopping. In the afternoon, departure to HUA HIN - a seaside town located approx. 220 km south-east of the capital of Thailand. Visiting the Khao Wang Royal Palace in Phetchaburi. The palace, built in 1859 by King Mongkut (Rama IV), is located on the top of a hill that can be accessed by cable car. Hotel check-in in Hua Hin, overnight.
5. DAY. P.N. SAM ROI YOD (route: approx. 270 km)
Breakfast. Check out from the hotel. Transfer to the small fishing village of Bang Pu in the SAM ROI YOD NATIONAL PARK. Boat trip to a quiet beach and 20-min. passage to the Phrayanakorn Cave, where there is a beautiful gazebo surrounded by stalagmites, built by King Chulalangkorn. In the afternoon, departure to Chumphon. Check-in at the hotel, overnight.
6. DAY. P.N. KHAO SOK - KRABI (route: approx. 300 km)
Breakfast. Check out from the hotel. Transfer to the KHAO SOK NATIONAL PARK. The park covers an area of approx. 740 km², you can see the remains of the virgin tropical forest, which in the past covered the entire Malay Peninsula. The forest is inhabited by many species of animals, incl. elephants, gibbons, deer, tapirs. Its central part is the Cheow Larn Lake. A motorboat trip on a picturesque lake surrounded by steep limestone rocks rising up to 500 m above the water level. In the afternoon, drive to one of the most beautiful provinces of Thailand - KRABI. Check-in at the hotel, overnight.
7. DAY. KRABI - PHI PHI
Breakfast. Free time: relaxing on the beach or, optionally (for an additional fee on site): a romantic cruise to the famous islets of PHI PHI. It is a small archipelago of extremely picturesque islets, many of them are connected by spits that make up one of the most beautiful beaches in Thailand. Free time for Phi Phi Don. Possibility of shopping in the local market or time for sunbathing. Lunch. The small Phi Phi Leh, whose steep rock walls hide a beautiful lagoon with unbelievably turquoise-green water, enchants with its unique atmosphere and landscape. Free time for sunbathing on the famous Maya Beach, where the movie "Heavenly Beach" with Leonardo di Caprio was filmed. Return to the hotel, overnight.
8. DAY. KRABI - BANGKOK
Breakfast. Early check-out, transfer to the airport. Flight to BANGKOKU. Visiting the biggest attractions of BANGKOKU: the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, which is the country's most important sanctuary, and the Royal Palace, the historic seat of the kings of Thailand. Drive through the royal district of Dusit, where there are, among others the throne room of Ananta Samakhom, the statue of King Rama V on horseback and the Paruslawan Palace, where the famous princess Katia lived at the beginning of the 20th century. A visit to the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, which houses one of the largest Buddha statues in the world, measuring up to 46 m. Optional (for an additional fee on site): a traditional boat trip on the Chaophraya River and the canals of Bangkok, which were the main communication route of the old city. Drive through the Chinese quarter. Visiting the Temple of the Golden Buddha. In the evening, optional (with an extra charge on site): transfer to the Asiatique Riverfront night market. Wycieczka atrakcyjna, intensywna, ale nie zabrakło czasu na relaks i odpoczynek. Dobrze i sprawnie zorganizowana. Sprawdziła się organizacja z codziennym dostarczaniem i odbieraniem bagażu do pokoju hotelowego (mając na uwadze temperatury powietrza, zmęczenie i intensywność wrażeń). Super, że wszystkie hotele miały baseny- późnym popołudniem po dotarciu do hotelu, można było relaksować się w nieckach basenowych. Śniadania hotelowe z dużą różnorodnością potraw - z pewnością każdy coś dla siebie znalazł. Hotele z wygodnymi łóżkami, klimatyzowane. Mimo, że wycieczka stawiała na parki narodowe, to super, że w ostatnim dniu można było podziwiać świątynie w Bangkoku. Można powiedzieć, że Tajlandia w pigułce.

Po kilku latach wróciliśmy do skorzystania z oferty biura podróży Itaka i niestety jesteśmy zawiedzeni. Wszystko realizowane w pośpiechu tak jakby to były zawody sportowe, a nie wycieczka (...)
Po kilku latach wróciliśmy do skorzystania z oferty biura podróży Itaka i niestety jesteśmy zawiedzeni. Wszystko realizowane w pośpiechu tak jakby to były zawody sportowe, a nie wycieczka objazdowa polegająca na zwiedzaniu. Więc jeśli ktoś lubi coś robić w tępie sprinterskim to jest wycieczka dla niego. Hotele przyzwoite , oprócz hotelu w Bangkoku (karaluchy w pokoju!!!) już wcześniej było to zgłaszane , ale Pani z biura podróży uważa , że jest on fantastyczny (ciekawe czy kiedykolwiek tam była??). Trzeba również być przywyczajonym do wczesnych pobudek około 5- 6 rano , natomiast odrębnym pytaniem powinno być cel kończenia każdego dnia zwiedzania o godzinie 15-16??!! (wystarczyło wracać do hotelu około 18 i nie byłoby tego pędu ze zwiedzaniem w zegarku w ręku ...tutaj 10 min, tutaj 15 min...) . Ogólnie jesteśmy zawiedzeni tak jak większość grupy z którą podróżowaliśmy...

Dobrze wspominamy wycieczkę ale uważamy że to niedopuszczalne żeby zakwaterowywać ludzi w hotelu w Bangkoku w którym biegają karaluchy i panuje brzydki zapach w całym obiekcie. Na całej trasie hotele niskiej jakości, jedynie hotel w Krabi ratuje sytuację.

Bardzo ciekawie pomyślany plan wycieczki i w pełni zrealizowany przez Maurycego i Nancy. Obieżyświat Maurycy był prawdziwą skarbnicą wiedzy historycznej i nie tylko na temat Tajlandii, a Nancy wspierała go w tym jako przewodniczka lokalna. Z ich pomocą można na dobre zakochać się w tym wspaniałym, zielonym kraju. Wycieczka w znacznej mierze przyrodniczo-geograficzna, ale znalazł się w niej i czas na wspaniałe obiekty historyczne i miejscowy koloryt.

Jestem zadowolona. To co chciałam zobaczyć zwiedziłam. Niestety ogromny tłok turystów trochę utrudnia zwiedzanie ale każdy chce zobaczyć piekne zabytki i niespotykane budowle. Czas na relaks również się znalazł. Piekne wyspy, cudowne widoki. Opieka pilota bardzo dobra. Moje zdanie jest pozytywn. Polecam. Na lotnisku po przylocie super organizacją, bałam się, że się zgubiem, ale było wręcz rewelacyjnie zorganizowane, każdy zakręt kierowała osoba z Itaki. Brawo, pewnie dużo ludzi ma takie obawy. Skorzystam napewno ponownie z tego biura. Organizacja i opieka jest dla mnie bardzo ważna, właśnie dlatego wybieram biura.

Wycieczka zgodna z programem. Miejsce warte zobaczenia. Hotele bardzo w porządku poza jednym w Bangkoku. W Bangkok Palace byly karaluchy. Transfer z Krabi do Bangkok. Jedna grupa realizowała z lotniska bliższego, a druga musiała jechać dalej (do Phuket). Warto zadbać o taki sam komfort dla wszystkich.

Bardzo fajna wycieczka dla ludzi, którzy chcą zobaczyć dużą część Tajlandii na raz. Piękne miejsca, dużo zwiedzania, fajnie poprowadzona, ale większość najfajniejszych miejsc na wyjeździe to wycieczki fakultatywne, więc trzeba się nastawić na wiele dodatkowych kosztów. Hotele w większości o fajnym standardzie, organizacyjnie wszystko się ładnie spinało. Ogólnie bardzo polecam.

Wycieczka bardzo ciekawa, pokazujaca Tajlandie z różnych stron. Dobrze dobrane proporcje zwiedzania i odpoczynku. Najwiekszym minusem byl termin wyjazdu czyli marzec - pora upalna. Temperatura czesto wynosila 38stopni w cieniu co przy ogromnej wilgotnosci bylo trudne do wytrzymania. Z fakultetow polecam na pewno wycieczke na Phi Phi (od 7 do 15.30) oraz pokaz Calipso. Na pewno nie polecam rejsu po rzece w Bangkoku, karmienie sloni wg uznania. 2 hotele b dobre w Krabi i nad rzeką Kwai, pozostale ok. Sniadania ok, pozostale posilku to tzw street food - fenomalne na kazdym kroku i tanie.
