Hotel położony jest w spokojnej okolicy. Jest to kompleks składający się z 4 budynków hotelowych oraz wielu bungalows. Pokój jest przestronny - w jego skład wchodzi salon za aneksem kuchennym, sypialna, łazienka oraz taras. Co do czystości nie mieliśmy żadnych zastrzeżeń. Salon jak i sypialnia posiadały oddzielną klimatyzację. W hotelu jest bezpłatne wi-fi. Zakup internetu mobilnego możliwy tylko na lotnisku! Śniadania były bardzo urozmaicone, bufet obejmował zarówno produkty europejskie jak i dania tajskie. Było stanowisko przy którym kucharze przygotowywali ciepłe dania tj. jajecznica, omlet z dowolnym wyborem dodatków. Na osłodę dostępne były świeże owoce oraz domowe wypieki. Spośród 2 hotelowych restauracji korzystaliśmy tylko z Cafe Andaman. Menu jest w miarę różnorodne lecz z czasem może zacząć się nudzić, gdyż się nie zmienia. Dobrą alternatywą są restauracje znajdujące się wzdłuż plaży, aczkolwiek zazwyczaj czynne do 21. W szczególności polecamy White Sand Beach - tanio i smacznie. Zachęcamy również do skorzystania z coctail baru, który znajduje się nad restauracją (18-19 happy hour). Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, zawsze życzliwa, uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Z większością osób nie było problemu żeby porozumieć się w języku angielskim. Do użytku gości były 2 baseny, bezpłatne leżaki, ręczniki oraz dla bardziej aktywnych miejsce do grania w siatkówkę. Wielkim atutem tej okolicy jest piękna, spokojna plaża. Na terenie kompleksu znajduje się bankomat (uwaga! prowizja około 200 Thb przy każdej wypłacie). Jedyną niedogodnością był brak możliwości wymiany waluty w hotelu. Najbliższy kantor w centrum Khao Lak, do którego można dojechać hotelowym autobusem (około 15-20 min) w cenie 100 Thb od osoby w 1 stronę. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce dla osób szukających ciszy i spokoju.

Codziennie sprzątane, wymieniane ręczniki, uzupełniana kawa , herbata, woda mineralna. Niespecjalne śniadania, jak na ten standard hotelu. Daleko do miasteczka (ok. 10 km)- z hotelu jeździ bus (płatny),tak że uliczne jedzonko, bazarki i sklepy to raczej sporadycznie. W okolicy nie ma nic, poza kilkoma uroczymi knajpkami na plaży.
