Zdarza się jednak trafić na lekko zepsute owoce, oraz uszkodzone naczynia. Napoje, jeżeli chodzi o basen hotelowy, tragiczne. Jeżeli chodzi o lobby hotelowe zdecydowanie lepiej. Obsługa raczej bez zarzutu. Pomijając kwestie pomyłki przy przydziale pokoi. Recepcjoniście było wszystko jedno która z dwóch rodzin otrzymuje które karty.

Wakacje z rodziną 2+1 na przełomie maj-czerwiec 2019. Gorąco polecam ten hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi jak i par, wyśmienite jedzenie, świetna lokalizacja, blisko sklepów, barów, plaży. Animacje dla dzieci i dorosłych ( tylko w języku angielskim, niemieckim ) pewnie spowodowane tym że były tylko dwie rodziny z polski w tym okresie. Jedyny minus to zimna woda w basenie w pierwszych dniach pobytu, polecam pobyt od połowy czerwca. Co do biura podróży to Pani rezydent to jakaś pomyłka zero zaangażowania, troski o klienta ( chyba że ktoś chce zakupić wycieczkę u Pani rezydent i tym samym dać jej zgarnąć prowizję ) Hotel wart swojej ceny,.

Fantastyczny hotel , obsługa , wyżywienie i czystość na bardzo wysokim poziomie-można śmiało porównać go do wysokiej klasy hoteli na Wyspach Kanaryjskich ,ale cóż się dziwić przynależność do sieci Iberostar zobowiązuje! Jest to duży obiekt, ale nie spotkałam się z problemem rezerwacji leżaków, z brakiem miejsc w restauracji - obsługa bardzo sprawna, uczynna uprzejma - widać,że na każdym kroku dbają o jakość. Posiłki mega urozmaicone, tematyczne kolacje, kuchnia bułgarska 2x w tygodniu, kuchnie wschodnie, kuchnia hiszpańska. Hotel położony jest w drugiej linii brzegowej od morza, ale to poczytać można jako plus- obiekty w pierwszej linii położone były za blisko dość mocno uczęszczanej słynnej promenady. Animacje - grupa wspaniałych młodych, entuzjastycznych ludzi -nie można się było nudzić, minidisco - rewelacja!! Polecam - jest to hotel , do którego mogłabym z pewnością wrócić .

Hotel w pełni zasługuje na cztery gwiazdki. Minus w porównaniu do ubiegłego roku to, przy wykupie opcji premium brak możliwości korzystania z alkoholi importowanych w całym obiekcie. Wyznaczony bar premium w dalszej odległości od centrum rozrywkowego. Odpoczywamy z Itaką już od kilku lat, nigdy się nie rozczarowaliśmy. Również w tym roku wakacje były udane.

Wykupiliśmy opcję premium i rzeczywiście warto. Mile zaskoczyło nas, że w opcji alkohole imp. podawali wszędzie, nie tylko w premium barze. W restauracji premium można spokojnie, bez tłoku zjeść posiłki. Minus to niestety kucharz, przygotowujący potrawy na miejscu. Na śniadanie spóźniał się codziennie ponad godzinę. Aby zjeść świeżą jajecznicę, trzeba było dopasować czas posiłku do kucharza. Posiłki w dużym wyborze, ale raczej monotonne, to niestety standard kurortów. Panie sprzątające i kelnerzy bez zarzutu. Jak dla nas trochę za dużo dzieci i dość głośno. Wakacje bardzo udane, jak zresztą każdego roku. Odpoczywamy tylko z Itaką i do tej pory nie zawiedliśmy się, a warto dodać, że to już 6 rok.

Hotel, niestety, w naszej opinii absolutnie nie jest wart swojej ceny. W stosunku do ilości dostępnego miejsca przyjmuje zdecydowanie za dużo ludzi sprawiając, że nie ma dosłownie gdzie się w nim podziać. Nasz rzekomy widok na morze oznaczał w praktyce widok na dwa inne, równie przeludnione i hałaśliwe, hotele i - gdzieś na odległym horyzoncie - niewielki trójkącik morza. Oprócz jakości sprzątania i standardu samego pokoju oraz zachowania części obsługi (bo zdecydowanie nie całej) hotel uznajemy za zawodzący nasze oczekiwania pod każdym względem.

Wiele atrakcji dla dzieci i doroslych:aerobik, streching, zumba, aquaaerobic, strzelanie, lucznictwo, siatkowka, wspinaczka... Mozna nie wychodzic z hotelu a plaza i morze tez kusza. Obsluga hotelu bardzo sympatyczna. Wspaniali animatorzy. Jezeli mialabym sie do czegos przyczepic to sprzatanie pokoi mogloby byc dokladniejsze i zestaw kosmetykow lazienkowych dostalismy tylko przy przyjezdzie wiecej ich nie uzupelniono.
