Hotel Elba zrobił na nas dobre wrażenie już na wstępie. Jest przestronny, czysty, widać profesjonalizm. Bardzo chciałabym pochwalić obsługę, która była niezwykle uprzejma i przyjazna, a przesympatyczny pan, który w bufecie witał nas codziennie rano na pewno na długo zapadnie nam w pamięć. Pokój wyglądał bardzo luksusowo - ogromne, przesuwane szklane drzwi na taras, lśniąca podłoga, bardzo czysta i funkcjonalna łazienka. I to wszystko było codziennie sprzątane, więc można się było poczuć rozpieszczonym. Materac był bardzo wygodny, warto by było jednak w przypadku podwójnego łóżka tak zabezpieczyć obie części, aby się nie rozjeżdżały.Mieliśmy zapewnione śniadania i aż się chciało na nie schodzić z samego rana. Duży wybór potraw na ciepło i zimno, codziennie świeże owoce, słodkości, mnóstwo napojów, a dla chętnych nawet mrożony szampan w srebrnym wiaderku :) Byliśmy pod wielkim wrażeniem organizacji bufetu.Przyjemnie spędzało się też czas nad hotelowym basenem - wyglądał dokładnie tak, jak w folderze. Do tego otaczały go przepiękne palmy, można się było naprawdę zrelaksować. Jeszcze chętniej spędzaliśmy czas na 4 piętrze hotelu - w części z basenem z podgrzewaną wodą i jacuzzi. Czasami udawało nam się być tam tylko we dwójkę, co pomogło mi na nowo poćwiczyć moje umiejętności pływackie po 3 latach przerwy! Stamtąd aż nie chciało się wychodzić. Z tego basenu rozciągał się też przepiękny widok na plażę i morze.Nietypową zaletą hotelu jest też jego położenie, ponieważ dokładnie za nim znajduje się rezerwat przyrody Charca de Suárez. Tym samym wyjaśniła się conocna kołysanka złożona z kumkania tysięcy żab i milionów cykad, świerszczy itp. Cudownie się przy tym zasypiało :) Warto poświęcić czas, aby zwiedzić to miejsce, można się tam wyciszyć i całkiem oderwać od rzeczywistości.Hiszpania całkiem nas zaczarowała swoją urodą. Wszędzie palmy, do tego mieszanka morza, gorąca i gór. Oni mają wszystko! Motril to spokojne miasteczko, które daje szansę na odpoczynek, a z niego można dostać się do innych pobliskich atrakcji, zwłaszcza że przystanek autobusowy mieliśmy zaraz przy hotelu. Dzięki temu zwiedziliśmy Grenadę, w której się wręcz zakochaliśmy! Na jednej z wież widokowych Alhambry nastąpiły też nasze... zaręczyny! :) Byliśmy pod tak wielkim wrażeniem tego miejsca, że dwa później pojechaliśmy tam jeszcze raz ;) Pod wpływem piękna tego miasta obiecaliśmy, że koniecznie musimy zwiedzić w Hiszpanii jeszcze Barcelonę, Madryt i Sewillę.W pobliżu Motrilu warto też pojechać zobaczyć jaskinię w Nerja z największym na świecie stalagnatem oraz zamek w Salobreni.Nasze wakacje na Costa del Sol okazały się niezwykle udane, pozwoliły nam na cały tydzień zapomnieć o codziennych sprawach w domu. Wróciliśmy opaleni, wypoczęci i zrelaksowani - tacy, jacy wydawali nam się też poznani Hiszpanie.

Gibraltar — the 6 km-long peninsula was once a place of international conflicts, therefore, it has a very turbulent and rich history. After reaching Gibraltar, the Rock Tour with a guide. The program includes: minibus drive around the Victorian streets of Gibraltar to the Europa Point lighthouse, with a magnificent view of Morocco, a visit to the Cave of St. Michael and a meeting with Gibraltar macaques. At the end, a drive next to the old, Mauritanian castle. Return to the city, free time (approx. 3 hours). Price from Costa del Sol - approx. 60 EUR, price from Costa Tropical - approx. 70 EUR (includes the care of a Polish-speaking guide); passport or ID required.
Cordoba — it reached its greatest artistic and cultural splendour during Arabic reign. The program includes numerous monuments, a huge Mosque-Cathedral and the Jewish part of the city La Juderia with a synagogue. Price from Costa del Sol - approx. 70 EUR; the trip is not organized from Costa Tropical.
Path of the King — trekking around Caminito del Rey, a scenic route along the mighty limestone walls of the canyon of the River Guadalhorce in Desfiladero de los Gaitanes National Park. The trail was officially opened in 1921 by King Alfonso XIII. After many years it was renovated and made available for tourists. The route runs at a height of approx. 100 m, the cliffs rise to 700 m. The total length of the trail is 8 km, of which approx. 3 km is a route along bridges over a gorge. Thanks to the renovation and security features, it can be overcome by people without experience in climbing. Half-day trip, for guests over 8 y.o. Granada — a trip through scenic landscapes, drowning in Andalusian sunshine, straight to Granada, the longest existing Arab kingdom in Spain. The city was made famous, among others, by Alhambra, as well as the beautifully maintained gardens of Generalife. Day trip. Price from Costa del Sol - approx. 80 EUR, price from Costa Tropical - approx. 75 EUR.
Ronda — the route of the trip runs through mountain areas to the white town suspended in clouds - Ronda, one of the most interesting cities of Andalusia, divided by the El Tajo canyon and connected by the bridge of cultures. The high point of the visit is the the oldest bullring in the world. Price from Costa del Sol - approx. 50 EUR; the trip is not organized from Costa Tropical.
Morocco — Romans, Arabs, Portuguese, English and French all tried to conquer the mysterious lands of the Kingdom of Morocco. Today, it is enough to sail 14 km of the Strait of Gibraltar to touch the ground of a different continent and reach Tetuan - a city in Arabian style of a completely different culture. Price from Costa del Sol - approx. 85 EUR (lunch included); the trip is not organized from Costa Tropical.
Sierra Nevada (Alpujarras) — a scenic route through typical mountain villages. Narrow, winding roads, gorgeous views of the highest peaks in continental Spain - Sierra Nevada. The program includes a visit and tasting at a facility that dry-cures the Spanish jamon ham and at an olive oil factory.
