Hotel ogólnie robi bardzo dobre wrażenie, wejście, recepcja, restauracja na bardzo dobrym poziomie. Gorzej z windami (tylko 2 na tak duży hotel i 7 pięter to zbyt mało). Pokoje trochę za małe, jednak czyste i sprzątane regularnie przez bardzo miłą obsługę. Jedzenie różnorodne, dla każdego coś bez problemu się znajdzie, obsługa restauracji również super. Baseny ok, atmosfera również, na plus 3 dni w tygodniu DJ grający w czasie dnia. Budynek główny poza kluczowymi miejscami nadaje się do remontu tj. klatki schodowe, korytarze na piętrach, windy itp. nie wyglądają ciekawie. Sieć WiFi działa, ale osiągane transfery są na mizernym poziomie. Obsługa recepcji bardzo pomocna i miła. Położenie jest największym plusem hotelu, bliskość długiej promenady i plaży, sklepów i lokali gastronomicznych jest bez liku. Spacer w kierunku El Arenal promenadą (w lewo idąc od hotelu) po jakimś kilometrze powoduje, że czujemy się jak za naszą zachodnią granicą, jedyny słyszany język to niemiecki. W tym rejonie, który ciągnie się przez 3 km ma się wrażenie, że wszystko jest podporządkowane gościom z DE. Po przejechaniu Majorki w każdym kierunku stwierdzam, że tylko tu tak jest. W najbliższym otoczeniu hotelu oraz promenadą w kierunku Palmy (w prawo idąc od hotelu) jest spokojnie i bardziej zróżnicowanie pod względem nacji. Kolejnym plusem są przystanki autobusowe przed i za hotelem. Z jednego dojedziemy do centrum Palmy, z drugiego do centrum handlowego niedaleko lotniska. Piaszczysta plaża jest spacerem 5 minut od hotelu, codziennie sprzątana, niestety plagą są algi, których u brzegu nie brakuje. Na minus koczowanie kilka godzin w lobby, w oczekiwaniu na przygotowanie pokoju. Ze względu na bardzo wczesny lot (nieprzespana noc), bez możliwości skorzystania ze śniadania, mimo, że odlot był za tydzień o tej samej porze i śniadanie wtedy przepada. Skoro się coś traci na koniec, mogło być w zamian na początku - przynajmniej byłoby uczciwie. Na czas oczekiwania od obsługi dostajemy pomieszczenie na walizki w piwnicy, ale wszyscy oczekujący je dostają, więc bezpieczeństwo własnych rzeczy nie istnieje. Są natomiast zamykane szafki dodatkowo płatne, można z tego skorzystać. Ale z tego co można było zaobserwować większość gości woli czekać w lobby. Hotel, mimo kilku minusów, polecam.

Miłe zaskoczenie - hotel bardzo elegancki,czysto , przepyszne jedzenie bardzo duży wybór owoców, codziennie na kolacji stół tematyczny- sushi, kuchnia hiszpańska, meksykańska, taco, kebab,bardzo dobrze doprawione jedzenie i bardzo dużo hiszpańskich przysmaków - wędlin, kiełbas, tapas. Owoce morze, ryby. Podczas pobytu był również stół z przeróżnymi owocami nawet liczi i smoczy owoc. Przepyszna kawa . Potraw jest tyle że każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie. Obsługa od kelnerów barmanów na sprzątaczka kończąc bardzo sympatyczna. I bosko przystojny pan na recepcjistrefa basenowa czysta zawsze wystarczająca ilość leżaków. Występy na żywo. Pokój ( my mieliśmy w nowej części) przestronny, ładnie urządzony z dużą wygodna i funkcjonalna łazienka. Rewelacyjne położenie hotelu w drugiej linii brzegowej a jednak wszędzie blisko w okolicy piękna plaża, mnóstwo kawiarni, restauracji, sklepików . Trzy minuty do przystanku do Palmy. Dziesięć minut spacerem do Aquarium . Jednym słowem jest gdzie wypocząć , jest co zobaczyć, jest gdzie pospacerować i napewno nie można się nudzić. Poza tym na terenie hotelu i basenów nie ma chamstwa, krzyków , pijaństwa pełna kultura.

Hotel przyzwoity, po przebytym remoncie, chociaż wykładziny w pomieszczeniach komunikacyjnych powinny być wymienione. Materace w łóżkach z wgnieceniami wymuszającymi pozycję, niewygodne. W łazience kosmetyki dostarczone tylko na początku pobytu, ręczniki wymieniane na życzenie. Menu w stołówce przyzwoite, aczkolwiek oferta stała mało urozmaicana. Baseny dwa, po godzinie 11 brak miejsc na leżakach. Na plaży dostępność miejsc: parasol + 2 łóżka 36euro, do morza niedaleko ulicą ok. 200m.

Hotel czysty, przestronny, jedzenie bardzo dobre jakościowo, dla każdego coś się znajdzie. Dużo owoców morza, codziennie paella, pizza, makarony, + codziennie inny stół tematyczny. Dostaliśmy większy pokój niż rezerwowalismy ze względu na dziecko usytuowali nas w nowej spokojniejszej części. W hotelu 90% Niemców. Duży płytki basen dla rodzin z maluchami na +, ale też dużo dorosłych korzystało z niego. Okolica fantastyczna, blisko plaża, przystanek autobusowy, lotnisko, wypożyczalnia rowerów (ścieżki rowerowe są zlokalizowane wzdłuż plaży), knajpki. Blisko supermarket nastawiony na turystów jak i na lokalsów. Minus: lot opóźniony w dwie strony podobno tak jest zawsze. Chętnie wróciłabym tam jeszcze raz.

Chyba najlepszy hotel 4* w jakim byliśmy. Pokój Junior Suite nie był ogromny, ale bardzo ładny, dobrze urządzony i wygodny (zwłaszcza dla rodziny z dzieckiem). Świetne jedzenie – dobrej jakości, smaczne, duży wybór ryb i owoców morza. Codziennie zarówno na śniadaniu jak i obiadokolacji był dodatkowy bufet tematyczny. Strefa basenowa niewielka, ale przyjemna, nigdy nie brakowało leżaków. Baseny miały różne głębokości – był duży obszar bardzo płytkiej wody po kostki – idealny dla małych dzieci, dodatkowo leżaki w wodzie czy poduchy do pływania. Przyjazna obsługa. Osobna przestrzeń na bagaże w razie późnego lotu (z łazienką z prysznicem). Właściwie jedyny większy minus to kolejki – w bufecie, przy windach – hotel jest duży i gości jest ogrom. Położenie hotelu ma swoje plusy i minusy. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania, blisko do Palmy, lotniska (pomimo tej odległości nie słychać hałasu z lotniska). Okolica hotelu spokojna (niedaleko parku, 5 min od plaży – piaszczystej, długiej), choć niezbyt przyjemna (typowy kurort – wielkie hotele, sklepy z pamiątkami, itp.). Bardzo polecam, ALE tylko jeśli zamierzasz wynająć auto i zwiedzać wyspę :)

Bardzo przyjemnie zlokalizowany hotel, kilka kroków od głównej promenady na Playa de Palma, w spokojnej i czystej dzielnicy, otoczony zielenią i podświetlanymi basenami, co daje przyjemne wytchnienie. Otoczenie hotelu to dużo zieleni i białe hotele o pięknej architekturze. Ulice czyste, bez szwędających się sprzedawców pamiątek czy hałaśliwych barów, dyskotek, męczących zapachów, naprawdę można czuć się bezpiecznie i cieszyć odpoczynkiem. Wszędzie jest blisko, nie jest to hotel z gatunku tych na kompletnym pustkowiu. Kilka kroków od hotelu przystanek autobusowy skąd za 2 euro można podjechać do centrum Palmy, na lotnisko lub przemieścić się wzdłuż wybrzeża. Spacerkiem niecały kilometr do fascynującego podwodnym światem Aquarium. Bliziutko w razie potrzeby do tanich marketów Mercadona lub Eroski. Plusem jest też krótki, może 15 minutowy, transfer z lotniska. W oddali można oglądać z balkonu odlatujące samoloty, ale zupełnie ich nie słychać podczas pobytu. Plaża czyściutka, dostępne leżaczki, przy promendadzie liczne ławeczki, a wieczorem latarnie podświetlające palmy i okoliczne kompleksy hotelowe. Hotel Caballero należy do sieci BG i nastawiony jest raczej na gości doroslych, co akurat dla mnie było sporym plusem, bo gwar dzieci potrafi być na dłuższa metę hałaśliwy i męczący. Wita nas sprawnie funkcjonująca recepcja, bez problemu porozumieć można się po angielsku i niemiecku. Bez żadnych dopłat można prosić o dobór pokoju wedle preferencji gości, od strony bardziej słonecznej lub zacienionej, albo z widokiem na basen. Każdy pokój ze sporym balkonem, gdzie można zasiąść przy zachodzie słońca. Pokoje średniej wielkości, schludne i kompaktowe, w środku bajecznie wygodne łóżko, sporo przwestrzeni do rozłożenia bagaży. Może na zdjęciach pokoje wyglądają niepozornie, ale naprawdę niczego w nich nie brakowało. Łazienka niewielka, ale czyściutka i bez zapachu wilgoci, na bieżąco wymieniane ręczniki, uzupełniane kosmetyki oraz utensylia jak grzebyk, czepki, chusteczki. W każdym pokoju indywidualnie sterowana klimatyzacja i lodóweczka, mały mankament to brak czajnika, ale na kawkę można zejść do restauracji lub hotelowego baru przy basenie. Restauracja - wspaniała, obłędna ! Zasługuje na najwyższe noty pod względem obsługi, różnorodnego menu, ilości i wykwintności dań. Wiele dań na ciepło, mięsa, zupy, sałatki, deski serów, pizza, zapiekanki, naleśniki, makarony, owoce, desery, lody...pełen wahlarz możliwości, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Każdego wieczoru jeden stół z motywem tematycznym: raz kuchnia meksykańska, raz sushi, raz specjały majorkańskie, raz kuchnia eurpejska, raz tajska. Za duży plus poczytuje także elastyczność godzinową: standardowe śniadania startują o 8 ale jeśli zgłosi się potrzebę wcześniejszego posiłku ze względu na wczesno poranny wyjazd na wycieczkę czy wczesny bus na lotnisko to można w okrojonym zakresie menu skorzystać ze śniadania nawet o 6 i nikt nie robi problemu. Obsługa jest uśmiechnięta, profesjonalna i niedostrzegalna, a goście czują się zaopiekowani. Baseny czyściutkie i wieczorem pięknie podświetlone, w budynku także basen kryty i studio SPA, wygodne lobby, bar i sala gier. Nad basenami bezproblemowy dostęp do leżaków i łoży z baldachimem, na tarasie wygodne fotele w otulinie zieleni. Można zamówić drinka do późnych godzin, ale nikt nie patrzy krzywo jak chcesz sobie po prostu posiedzieć, poczytać, odpocząć. Hotel jest czysty, schludny, przestronny ale nie jakiś moloch, taki "w sam raz". Nie ma placy zabaw dla dzieci i zjeżdzalni wodnych, ale przez to jest cicho i spokojnie, wieczorem w barze slychać kojący jazzik i śmiech gości, a nie pijackie krzyki naspeedowanch hedonistów . Uważam że stanowi świetną bazę wypadową do zwiedzania wyspy. Chętnie zatrzymałabym się w nim ponownie. Jedyny minus jaki dostrzegam to przydałaby się jeszcze dodatkowa winda lub dwie, ale to naprawdę drobiazg.

Palma and Valdemossa — drive to the south, towards the beautiful and cosmopolitan capital of Majorca located by the extensive Bahía de Palma Bay. For monastic aims, memorabilia has been exhibited documenting the presence of the Polish virtuoso on the island, among others. the piano on which Chopin composed the famous rain prelude. The Dragon Caves — drive through the picturesque tourist towns on the east coast of Majorca.
