Passageway to the Guggenheim Museum, one of the most amazing examples of 20th century architecture. The building by Frank Gehry that houses the museum has become a symbol of Bilbao. Generalnie bardzo dobrze, jak zawsze. Przewodniczka - Pani Lucyna - pierwsza klasa. Hotele też spoko, różnorodne, ale trzymają standard. Dwie negatywne uwagi: 1) Całkowity brak warzyw na kolację i śniadanie, nie wiem kompletnie z jakiej przyczyny, chyba nie kosztowej? Od połowy pobytu ludzie zaczęli robić zakupy w warzywniakach i przynosić swój prowiant na posiłki. Przecież Itaka zna preferencje Polaków, jaki więc problem to ogarnąć? 2) Wycieczka do Bilbao i zwiedzanie Muzeum Guggenhaima pierwszego dnia oraz wycieczka do Guerniki ostatniego dnia powinny być na stałe wbudowane w program, a nie stanowić elementu dodatkowego za ekstra kasę. Na koniec: pogoda bardzo w kratkę, duża dynamika zmian - ale to akurat urok Baskonii. W każdym razie trzeba być na to przygotowanym.

Żaden z nich nie był w hotelu czterogwiazdkowym co zgłosiłam pilotce wycieczki p. Lucynie . Zarejestrowałam niezgodność oferty, która mnie zainteresowała i z której skorzystałam ze stanem faktycznym. Północ Hiszpanii warta zobaczenia , różnice klimatyczne , widokowe i kulturowe najlepiej zobaczyć na własne oczy. Żeby zrozumieć różnice pomiędzy rejonami kraju Basków, Nawarrą, Kastylią , Leon (...)
Północ Hiszpanii warta zobaczenia , różnice klimatyczne , widokowe i kulturowe najlepiej zobaczyć na własne oczy. Żeby zrozumieć różnice pomiędzy rejonami kraju Basków, Nawarrą, Kastylią , Leon i Abruzją trzeba nakreślić historię tego rejonu nawet pomimo oporu klientów, niestety nie sprzyjają temu przewodnicy lokalni, szczególnie obcojęzyczni. Hotele zlokalizowane poza miastami , rozpoczynanie zwiedzania około 8.30 -9.00 nie daje wyobrażenia o rzeczywistym charakterze tych miast, chętnie wybrałbym się w ten rejon jeszcze raz gdyby noclegi były w zasięgu spaceru na starówkę , nawet kosztem obiadokolacji. Co do programu może usunąć Gijon a włączyć Gurenikę do programu podstawowego , ewentualnie muzeum Gugenheima. Oczywiście na plus zagospodarowanie czasu w ostatnim dniu przed wylotem ale gdyby hotel był w innej lokalizacji uczestnicy mieliby własny wybór co robić w tym czasie. Jedzenie wystarczające , wino do kolacji i wieloosobowe stoliki nadają wycieczce smaku południa.

Wycieczka jest bardzo przyjemnym i zrównoważenie intensywnym zwiedzaniem północnego wybrzeża Hiszpanii - Kraju Basków. Uważam, że dobór atrakcji, czasu, zwiedzanych miejsc, prezentacji historii oraz praktyczna realizacji programu są przygotowane bardzo profesjonalnie. Polecam ten wyjazd wszystkim, którzy poszukują swego rodzaju "perełek" wycieczkowych w wolne dni, szczególnie na wiosnę i jesień.

Wycieczka godna polecenia. Program ciekawy. Plus dla pilota wycieczki - Pani Joanny, której praca decyduje o sukcesie całego przedsięwzięcia. Kultura osobista i troska o całą grupę jak i pojedynczego uczestnika wycieczki zasługuje o docenienie. Było super! Naprawdę! Miejscowi przewodnicy też super, wyróżniłabym Rene, Dominikę (Polka), oraz przewodniczka w Guernice, dodatkowym wypadzie na życzenie uczestników. W niektórych hotelach mogło być lepiej. Hotel ulokowany przy autostradzie co niektórym uczestnikom wycieczki przeszkadzało ze względu na hałas bo mieli otwarte okna (mnie nie). W menu brakuje warzyw do których w Polsce jesteśmy przyzwyczajeni, w Polsce jest ich zdecydowanie więcej. Chętnie wybiorę się jeszcze raz z Itaką. Jeżeli byłaby opcja wyboru wycieczki z pilotem - p. Joanną, można brać w ciemno :).

Dobrze ułożona trasa przejazdów po Kraju Basków. Bardzo ciekawe zabytki w programie wycieczki oraz ikoniczne miejsca, które "grały" w filmach - "Gra o tron" (San Juan de Gaztelugatxe), serial hiszpański "Gran Hotel (La Maddalena w Santander), serial francuski "Anatomia kłamstwa" (plaża i latarnia we francuskim Biarritz, klify Playa de Itzrun w Zumaia). Fantastyczna, bardzo dobrze zorganizowana pilotka, pani Joanna, z ogromną wiedzą nt. historii i życia codziennego w Kraju Basków, dzięki której udało nam się zaliczyć takie nadprogramowe miejsca jak półwysep La Maddalena w Santander, czy wycieczka do Guernica (bask. Gernika-Lumo), na którą zdecydowała się cała grupa w czasie wolnym w Santander (dodatkowo płatna) oraz wizyta w Parlamencie Baskijskim w Gernika-Lumo. Wygodne tempo realizacji poszczególnych etapów zwiedzania - w każdym dniu jest czas wolny na lunch. Bardzo wygodny autokar. Przemiły i pomocny kierowca. Hotele czyste (w jednym brak suszarki do włosów). Wyżywienie dobre i bardzo dobre (zawsze istniała możliwość dokupienia sobie czegoś na śniadanie, jeśli komuś nie wystarczało lub nie odpowiadały hiszpańskie śniadania), codziennie wino, soki i woda do kolacji (bezpłatnie). Polecam i tę wycieczkę i inne wyjazdy z panią pilotką Joanną!

Bardzo dobrze ułożony stosunek czasu przejazdów autokarem do czasu zwiedzania - krótkie przejazdy, znacznie więcej czasu na zwiedzanie i słuchanie przewodników oraz czas wolny, który można poświęcić np. na zapoznanie się z lokalną kuchnia. Największym atutem jest Pani Joanna [...] (pilot wycieczki) - osoba o bardzo dużej wiedzy o zwiedzanym regionie i Hiszpanii, z poczuciem humoru i dbająca bardzo, żeby cała wycieczka przebiegała bezproblemowo i w doskonałej atmosferze. Bardzo interesująca wycieczka, dużo ciekawych miejsc i pięknych widoków w regionie, który jeszcze nie jest bardzo popularny wśród turystów. Ogromnym atutem wycieczki była pilotka pani Zuzanna, której zaangażowanie i pasja zasługują na najwyższe uznanie. Przez cały czas starała się, aby wszyscy uczestnicy byli zadowoleni, odpowiadała na liczne pytania i w każdej sytuacji służyła pomocą. Dzięki niej wiele się dowiedzieliśmy nie tylko o zwiedzanych miejscach, ale też o hiszpańskiej kulturze, sztuce, architekturze, historii i zwyczajach. Mieliśmy okazję posłuchać różnych rodzajów hiszpańskiej muzyki, a nawet obejrzeć znane hiszpańskie filmy. Ze względu na dużą ilość punktów programu wycieczka była dość męcząca- każda noc w innym hotelu, dość późne przyjazdy na kolacje, ale w ciągu dnia zawsze był czas wolny na kawę lub lunch w zwiedzanych miejscach, co pozwalało też poznać walory kulinarne północnej Hiszpanii. Hotele na ogół w porządku ( w 3 najgorszy), chociaż położone poza miastami, śniadania raczej mało urozmaicone, za to kolacja za każdym razem inna z lokalnym czerwonym winem,

Widoki na smoki. Co ciekawe udało sie nawet zobaczyc jakieś smoki. Program wycieczki bardzo bogaty. Północna Hiszpania trochę nieznana , a szkoda, bo naprawde piękne krainy. Zaskoczyła mnie wszechobecna zieleń. Miasta czyściutkie . Dużo zadbanych zabytków. Zwiedza sie z przyjemnością. A zwiedzonych miejsc naprawdę sporo. Ogromną robotę zrobiła pilotka, Pani Zuzanna. Widać, ze jej praca to pasja. Ma ogromną wiedze o zwiedzanych terenach , społeczeństwie , historii z którą chętnie dzieli się ze zwiedzającycmi . Ponadto dwoiła sie i troiła, by wszystko zagrało jak najlepiej i wszyscy byli zadowoleni. Dodatkowy dzień w Bilbao, w dniu odlotu , zorganizowany przez pilotkę był wisienką na torcie. Tym bardziej, że była piekna pogoda. I mozna było skorzystać z kolejnych atrakcji tego pieknego miasta.

Bardzo ciekawa trasa,wspaniały pilot posiadający ogromna wiedzę o regionie, kulturze i kuchni tego regionu. Mam zastrzeżenia do organizacji całej imprezy, standardu hoteli i organizacji wolnego czasuJechalem do regionu który słynie ze wspaniałej kuchni a nie miałem czasu tego skosztować,bo robiono nam czas wolny w takich godzinach, ze jeszcze kuchnia nie pracowała albo już przestała wydawać gorące Dania.Pozatem tempo poruszania się grupy nie uwzględniało wieku i formy wszystkich uczestników i było za szybkie!

Dzień dobry, wróciłam z wycieczki Widoki na smoki bardzo zadowolona, według mojej oceny nie znajduję słabych stron / no może jedynie Gijon /. Program intensywny ale taki właśnie lubię, pilotka Pani Zuzanna bardzo kompetentna i świetnie zorganizowana, z dużą wiedzą którą chętnie się dzieliła. Fakultatywna wycieczka do Guerniki fantastyczna i bardzo potrzebna. Polecam tę wycieczkę.

Wycieczka ogólnie ciekawa i nieźle zorganizowana. Najsłabszym składnikiem jest dobór hoteli a zwłaszcza ich lokalizacji. Kuriozum jest zwiedzanie przepięknego San Sebastian a potem w pośpiechu pięknego Biarritz do godz 17 po to tylko żeby podwieźć do domu autokarem lokalną przewodniczkę z powrotem do San Sebastian na 19. Potem wszyscy mają dojechać do obskurnego hotelu przy stacji paliw gdzieś na terenach przemysłowych na 20 i czekać do 21 na podrzędną kolację.. A można było zostać na nocleg w jednym z 2 wspomnianych pięknych miast i korzystać z uroków miasta po zmierzchu. Takie oceny uczestników zamieszczane są od wielu miesięcy i szkoda że biuro nie podejmuje żadnych działań naprawczych. Jeśli już tak bardzo ktoś chce zaoszczędzić na turystach to może lepiej zrezygnować z kolacji a zaoszczędzone kwoty przeznaczyć na hotele lepiej położone lub o wyższym standardzie.

Organizacja wycieczki na wysokim poziomie. Wszystkie punkty programu zostały zrealizowane (dodatkowo fakultet do Guerniki). Każdy dzień był interesujący i pełen wrażeń. Warto odwiedzić ten region Hiszpanii spoza utartych szlaków. Pilotka P. Zuzanna z ogromną wiedzą, kulturą osobistą i przyjaznym usposobieniem. Komfortowe hotele jak na standardy wycieczki objazdowej, choć położone na obrzeżach miast. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre (w tym kuchnia lokalna) i w większości przypadków serwowane. Do kolacji dostępne wino i woda. Ze swojej strony zdecydowanie polecam, impreza spełniła moje oczekiwania.

Z wycieczki jestem bardzo zadowolona, to jedna z najlepszych "obiazdówek" w jakiej uczestniczyłam. Ciekawa trasa, kompetentna i dobrze zorganizowana pilotka pani Kinga, hotele skromne, ale czyste . Polecam wszystkim, którzy nie znają północnych regionów Hiszpanii.
