Dzień dobry, chętnie wyrażę opinie o Państwa usługach. Niestety o samym hotelu Ammos nie mogę dlatego ze tam nie dotarłam. Niestety nie spędziłam wakacjami w sposób jaki planowałam. Rozumiem ze są sytuacje losowe ale hotel do jakiego Państwo nas przenieśli nie spełniał naszych kryteriów. A rezydent, który przedstawił się jako „Łukasz” nie wykazał chociażby empatii w tej sytuacji. Na pewno nie skorzystam z Państwa usług ani nie polecę znajomym. Pozdrawiam.

Dużym plusem indywidualne wifi w każdym pokoju, internet działa jak szalony! Jedzenie bardzo dobre, codziennie w podobnym klimacie ale jednak coś innego. Obsługa bardzo miła i zawsze pomocna. Hotel został wyremontowany i oddany do użytku pod koniec maja 2018 r. Podczas naszego pobytu na przełomie maja i czerwca 2018 r. trwały w nim jeszcze prace wykończeniowe. Hotel jest położony na prawdę pięknie, nad samą plażą i morzem. Bryła jest w pełni odnowiona, nowoczesna i bardzo estetyczna. Uczciwie należy przyznać, że to bodajże najładniejszy hotel w całej Malii. Ogromnym plusem są nowoczesne, komfortowe i bardzo dobrze wyposażone pokoje hotelowe. Są przestronne, mają wygodne łóżka, telewizor, sejf (nieodpłatnie), słowem wszystko czego potrzeba. Niektóre pokoje, tak jak nasz, mają prywatny basen, współdzielony z innymi pokojami. Efektywna i cicha klimatyzacja. Na uwagę zasługuje też strefa basenowa. Są tam bardzo ładne leżaki, leżanki (pufy, stoliki, parasole, a na środku basenu a'la wyspa ze stołem. Niewątpliwym plusem hotelu jest bar i jego pracownicy. Panowie barmani są silnym elementem hotelu. Serwują dobre drinki, są uprzejmi i przyjaźni. Na plażę schodzi się schodkami od baru, są tam leżaki (niestety płatne 10 Euro za komplet), chociaż Pan plażowy jest bardzo serdeczny i przyjazny. Piaszczysta plaża, ładne morze. Słowem - świetnie.Kuchnia i serwowane danie oceniłbym dobrze, ale przeciętnie. Z pewnością nie jest to poziom pięciogwiazdkowego hotelu, do czego aspiruje Ammos. Kuchnia jest dość monotonna, mało w niej ryb i świeżych warzyw. Co więcej, sporo potraw jest serwowanych zimnych. Zdarzyły się także sytuacje, że niektórych potraw brakowało w trakcie posiłków. Nie zmienia to jednak faktu, że każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Śniadania kontynentalne dają duży wybór potraw, podobnie jak lunche i kolacje. Brakuje opisania potraw oraz wskazania alergenów. Bardzo dużo serwuje się potraw zawierających ser kozi/owczy przez co przez wielu mogą nie być do końca akceptowane.Ewidentnej poprawy wymaga serwis kelnerski. około 50% składu jest w moim przekonaniu do wymiany. Kelnerki bywają powolne, niepomocne nie spełniają pokładanych ról. Np. podczas śniadań mają serwować kawę z ekspresu, przy czym doproszenie o taką kawę było możliwe jeden raz w ciągu wyjazdu. Słaba sytuacja. Część jednak kelnerów i kelnerek jest bardzo serdeczna i miła. Należałoby więc ujednolicić wysoki standard obsługi. Przeciętna recepcja i przeciętny manager hotelu. Absolutnie nieakceptowalne były dla mnie problemy z late check-out. Hotel zaproponował cenę... bagatela - 160 euro za przedłużenie pobytu o 12 godzin. Tak nie traktuje się swoich gości. Problemem jest też serwis sprzątający, który potrafił dobijać się o 6 rano z pytaniem czy sprzątać pokój. Czystość jest jednak bez zarzutu. Podsumowując, z pewnością nie jest to hotel pięciogwiazdkowy, jak to wskazuje sam Ammos, nie mniej, zasługuje na cztery gwiazdki.

Płatne leżaki i parasole - aczkolwiek turyści którzy przyjechali z innych biur podróży mieli to wliczone w cenę, czysto i przyjemnie, jedzenie codziennie takie samo więc po tygodniu może się znudzić.obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, starają się rozwiązać każdy problem. Prace remontowe w hotelu cały czas trwają, więc czasami jest głośno.

Hotel:+ elegancki z zewnątrz+ położony przy samej plaży- budynek był w ciągłym remoncie [20-27.05.2018), na porządku dziennym było wiercenie/klejenie/wykańczanie poszczególnych elementów co negatywnie wpływało na odpoczynek, nie były to chwilowe/kilkuminutowe interwencje, tylko prace trwające do 8/10h dziennie [w ofercie hotel całkowicie odnowiony w 2017/2018r. co jest nieprawdą]- mnóstwo elementów na korytarzach było niewykończonym, na każdym piętrze wisiało okablowanie do przyszłego oświetlenia czy kamer, wszędzie unosił się zapach gładzi/kleju/silikonu czy akrylu- codziennie winda miała awarię- raz na parę godzin (w związku z pracami elektryków) wybijało gniazdka [brak muzyki a wieczorem oświetlenia]- brak informacji gdzie znajduje się jaki numer pokoju oraz WC [na korytarzach]- mnogość powyższych elementów negatywnie odbija się na ocenie hotelu- brak terminalaPLAŻA:+ piaszczysta, zjawiskowa, z widokiem na mała wysepkę w oddali- płatne parasole, leżaki, materace i ręczniki [oferta sugeruje iż leżaki są darmowe, niestety 5EUR za osobę/na dzień] zostało to zgłoszone managerowi hotelu, poinformował nas iż należy to wyjaśnić... z biurem podróży, na stronie www hotelu widnieje informacja iż leżaki są DARMOWEOBSŁUGA:+ pełna optymizmu i zawsze uśmiechnięta- barmani bardzo rzadko byli świadomi swojej roli, zerowe pojęcie o drinkach- all inclusive premium gwarantował alkohole importowane i lokalne, dopiero po 3 dniach pobytu pojawiły się importowane, w ilości która była wystarczająca na 2h dla gości hotelu- na prośbę zrobienia podstawowych drinków barmani informowali nas iż jest to niemożliwe i musimy dopłacić za "extra" napoje, w tym przypadku rumSPRZĄTANIE:- pomimo etykiety DO NOT DISTURB obsługa wchodziła do pokoju i pytała czy może posprzątać- codziennie do śniadania mogliśmy obserwować ludzi sprzątających basen (ok. 9 rano) czy części wspólne hoteluco nigdy się nie wydarzyło w innych hotelach w GrecjiWYŻYWIENIE:- ustawione pod klimatyzacją potrawy były letnie albo zimne- monotonne śniadania oraz obiady, kolacje 2 inne od pozostałych- niedomyte/niewypłukane naczynia- brak karteczek z informacjami m.in. z czego zostało zrobione danie oraz o alergenach

Byliśmy pierwszymi gośćmi w hotelu, którego otwarcie nastąpiło 20 maja. Przepiękny, nowoczesny hotel przy samej plaży. Z balkonu rozpościerał się widok na morze. Obsługa hotelu bez żadnych zastrzeżeń, niezwykle uprzejmi oraz pomocni. Jedzonko bardzo zróżnicowane, neutralne, które pozwala każdemu znaleźć coś dla siebie. Wygodne łóżko, piękna łazienka oraz świetnie działająca klimatyzacja oraz WiFi. Można było przyczepić się do trwających drobnych prac remontowych, ale mnie i mojej dziewczynie osobiście nie przeszkadzały. Serdecznie polecam hotel, który jest najnowocześniejszym w całej Mali.

Hotel bardzo ładnie wykonany. Trochę mały basen ale pomimo wszystko miejsca w nim nie brakowało. Obsługa niesamowita, sprawna, życzliwa i chętna do pomocy Ilość potraw do wyboru ogromną. W trakcie naszego pobytu jeszcze trwał remont i nie wszystko było dostępne.

Hotel do którego przyjechaliśmy nie był jeszcze gotowy na przyjęcie gości. Świadczyła o tym chociażby pierwsza noc, która spędziliśmy w innym hotelu bez naszej zgody i wiedzy, ponieważ okazało się, że w Ammos trwają jeszcze prace. Kolejny minus to obsługa. Zauważalne było, że byli to młodzi ludzie bez doświadczenia. Barmanów trzeba było uczyć jak robić drinki itd. Przez cały pobyt nie było snack baru. W pierwszym dniu niedokończona była restauracja glowna. Zauważalna była dyskryminacja Polaków, czego przykładem były darmowe leżaki i parasole dla Niemców, Rosjan, a od nas wymagano opłaty. Codziennie słyszeliśmy wiertarki, hałas remontowy i co chwilę przechadzali się robotnicy. Nie pozwalało to na relaks i odpoczynek. Wybór jedzenia mały i monotonny. Z szynek śniadaniowych i serów robiono na obiad sałatki.. Po trzecim dniu nie mogliśmy patrzeć na to jedzenie. Desery codziennie to samo ciasto. Biszkopt z galaretką. Talerze brudne, surowe szaszlyki. Basen niedoczyszczony. 3 dni piasek leżał na dnie i nikt z tym nic nie zrobił. Apropo baru, przez pierwsze 2 dni nie było go, gdyz byl remontowany. Jesteśmy rozczarowani. W hotelu pieciogwiazdkowym nie było terminalu, żelazka, obsługa kulala, jedzenie conajmniej na poziomie 3 gwiazdek. Może późniejsze turnusy mają lepsze doznania. Nasz 20maj do 27 został potraktowany przez hotel jak i organizatora poniżej krytyki.

Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea.
