Hotel na wysokim poziomie niedawno odremontowany, bardzo czysto baseny były czyszczone minimum dwa razy w ciągu naszego pobytu. pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Jedyną rzecz do której można mieć uwagi to okna pokoju z których widok jest na uliczkę prowadzącą na plażę, ale nie przyjechałem aby siedzieć w pokoju. miejsc w których można spędzić czas jest dużo . W pobliżu plaży są dwa bary z napojami i przekąskami. Plaża piaszczysta jest plażą hotelową z bardzo wygodnymi leżakami , natryskami . Generalnie hotel bardzo przyjazny , nie ma problemów z komunikacją w j. angielskim z większością personelu. Nie było potrzeby pośrednictwa rezydenta. jeżeli będę miał możliwość chciałbym kiedyś wrócić do tego miejsca. Ogólnie wspaniałe wakacje , mój kontakt z rezydentem ograniczał się do zapoznania się z ofertą hotelu, programem wycieczek fakultatywnych z których wybraliśmy dwie. Natomiast pani rezydent (zapomniałem imienia) dołożyła starań aby znaleźć miejsce na wycieczkę z nami dla naszych znajomych którzy trochę się spóźnili. dziękujemy za zaangażowanie. Z wakacji jesteśmy zadowoleni. Jedynie odlot mógłby być wcześniej .

Hotel jest fantastyczny. Od frontu wygląda niepozornie a to dlatego, że działka na której został zbudowany jest wąska i długa - tak więc cały kompleks ciągnie się od ulicy aż do morza - poprzez wejście, strefę barowo-basenową, mieszkalną aż po zakończenie przeszkloną jadalnią i tarasem ze stołami na świeżym powietrzu z widokiem na morze. Hotel jest chyba w miarę nowy - wszystko jest czyste i dobrze utrzymane, urządzone z gustem i elegancją. Jedzenie przepyszne - na śniadaniach i obiadokolacjach jest mnóstwo potraw do wyboru. Można sobie skomponować coś samemu lub skorzystać z gotowych dań. Warzywa, owoce, ryby i mięso, różne sery, dodatki jak sosy czy pasty - wszystko jest świeże i smaczne. Wszyscy pracownicy hotelu - od osób sprzątających po managera - są uprzejmie uśmiechnięci i nastawieni na przyjazną pomoc, ale nie narzucający się. Polityką tego hotelu jest przyjmowanie gości bez dzieci. Ich brak na basenie czy na hotelowym fragmencie plaży jest wielkim atutem dla osób, które mają ochotę od nich czasem odpocząć :) Ogólnie - miejsce z klasą, zasługujące na najwyższą ocenę.

Room serwis WSPANIAŁY, hotel oraz jogo obejście bardzo czyste, codziennie czekały na nas ciekawe kompozycje z ręczników :) baseny czyszczone codziennie, generalnie bardzo czysto, przytulnie i nowocześnie. Plaża w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie pokoju, czysta, hotel udostępnia darmowe leżaki. Okolica mniej zachwyca, dużo śmieci na ulicach, petów po papierosach, tak samo w lokalnych restauracjach, co może być efektem pory roku, my byliśmy na wycieczce początkiem października, więc możliwe, że bałagan to po części pozostałość po sezonie.

Hotel ładny, czysty, zadbany. Pokój ładny, klimatyzowany, sprzątany codziennie. Łazienka choć ładna i czysta może wprawiać w zakłopotanie z powodu okna (z widokiem do wnętrza pokoju), które może zestresować tych bardziej nieśmiałych podczas załatwiania swoich potrzeb :) Dodatkowo prysznic w łazience zalewał podłogę w całej łazience (trzeba było kłaść ręcznik). Obsługa miła, pomocna, uśmiechnięta. Posiłki bardzo dobre, duży wybór dań, choć napoje do kolacji dodatkowo płatne więc trzeba doliczyć "parę groszy" do darmowych kolacji. Plaża blisko, zadbana, dostępne leżaki i łóżka. Bez żadnych zastrzeżeń. Baseny choć dostępne całą noc, nie były podgrzewane więc po sezonie wieczorowe kąpiele raczej ciężkie do realizacji (Za zimno). Dostępny stół do tenisa stołowego i kort tenisowy.

Wybrałam ten hotel po przeczytaniu wielu pozytywnych opinii na jego temat i nie zawiodłam się. Cudowny hotel położony tuż przy plaży. Nie było najmniejszego problemu ze zdobyciem leżaka na plaży, czy przy basenie. Nie lubię dużych molochów, a ten hotel to kilka niewysokich pawilonów, wokół zadbana zieleń. Pokoje codziennie dokładnie sprzątane, pościel i ręczniki wymieniane co drugi dzień. Jedzenie dobre i nie zgodzę się z opiniami, że za mało greckie. Wszystkie potrawy przyprawione "po grecku", a to już sprawia, że smakują inaczej. Świeże owoce, ciasta i pyszna, słodka, miodowo-orzechowa baklava..... na deser. Przepyszne sery greckie. Pokój, jak na 3 osoby był niewielki, ale rekompensował to duży taras-patio (na parterze). Wadą łazienki była zbyt wąska szyba oddzielająca prysznic od wc i trzeba się było natrudzić, aby cała łazienka "nie pływała w wodzie", ale można sobie było z tym poradzić. Hotel ma doskonałe położenie, bez problemu można było dostać się do Heraklionu autobusem podmiejskim. Stanowi dobrą bazę do wszelkiego typu wycieczek fakultatywnych. Jeśli ktoś chce zwiedzać wyspę na własną rękę, nie ma problemu, bo w pobliżu znajdują się wypożyczalnie samochodów. Duży plus to możliwość porozumienia się w stopniu podstawowym po angielsku również z personelem sprzątającym. Brak animacji zaliczam do zalet hotelu.

Jedzenie bardzo dobre urozmaicone, jedyny minus to płatne napoje do kolacji o wiele droższe niż w innych restauracjach. Przy basenie spokój dookoła drzewa limonkowe, granaty jak i bardzo ładne kwiaty.Dwa razy w tygodniu joga dla gości z bardzo fajną instruktorką - można poćwiczyć i się w pełni zrelaksować. Miłą niespodzianką był powitalny masaż. W sumie wszystko na plus, jedynie balkon pokojowy mógłby być większy.

Bardzo udany urlop, hotel nowoczesny, pachnący świeżoscią z przesympatyczna i zawsze usmiechnietą obsługa. Bardzo smaczne i różnorodne posiłki serwowane w restauracji prawie ze na plazy.Zarówno rano i wieczorem wolne stoliki bez oczekiwania, obsługujące panie szybciutko i dyskretnie zabierały brudne naczynia a rano usmiechniete przynosiły dzbanek dobrej kawy. Codziennie sprzątane pokoje i wymieniane ręczniki chociaż nie było takiej potrzeby.Pokoje może nie za duże, ale funkcjonalnie wyposażone, zresztą spedzalismy w nich niewiele czasu. Piaszczysta plaża przy samym hotelu z bezpłatnymi lezakami. Hotel idealnie położony - blisko Heraklionu do którego w kilkanaście minut można było podjechać miejskim autobusem - przystanek przy hotelu, jak również wybrać się na zwiedzanie wschodniej i zachodniej części wyspy. W centrum miasteczka i jednocześnie przy samej plaży. Polecam niezdecydowanym, sama jeśli będę jeszcze kiedyś wybierała się na Krete to od razu do hotelu Enorme. Lepszy hotel pewnie można znaleśc, ale nie sadzę że za taka samą cene :)

Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. It is possible to reach by walking on the sandy bottom. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there.
