Pokoje \'superior\' (w wyższej cenie) niczym nie różniły się standardem od typu \'standard\', przede wszystkim były ciasne (dużo mniejsze niż podane w katalogu 25-30 metrów), nie można było rozstawić swobodnie walizek, klimatyzacja w ogóle niewłączona przez obsługę hotelu w żadnych godzinach - urządzenie to nawiasem starego typu, podobnie zresztą telewizor). Poinformowaliśmy o tym rezydenta biura - odpowiedź taka, że \'oni liczą to jakoś inaczej\', odnośnie wątpliwości, czy przydzielony pokój odpowiada przydzielonemu \'standardowi\' brzmiała - \'a mieli państwo w dniu przylotu w pokoju talerz z owocami?\' i to miał być jedyny wykładnik wyższego standardu pokoju. Obsługa hotelu miła, pomocna. W 3 dobie pobytu zaproponowano nam inny pokój - nieco większy i \'nowocześniejszy\', lecz od strony ulicy i gwaru ulicznego, zatem zrezygnowaliśmy z tej propozycji. Obsługa hotelu ogólnie miła, pomocna. Wyżywienie należy ocenić wysoko, było wspaniałe. Kolejny zgrzyt w dniu wylotu, zapomniano odebrać nas spod hotelu Minos (jedyną parę odlatującą z tego biura), gdzie zgłosiliśmy się o wyznaczonej godzinie. Po upływie 20 minut interweniowaliśmy telefonicznie u rezydentki, która po chwili sms poinformowała nas, że za kilka minut podjedzie po nas zamówiona taksówka, która z kolei dowiozła nas do oczekującego na trasie na poboczu drogi autokaru z pozostałymi zdezorientowanymi i poddenerwowanymi turystami. W efekcie tego nie było nawet minuty na jakieś zakupy na lotnisku czy wypicie kawy. Odprawa lotniskowa odbywała się w dużej nerwówce, gdyż w tym czasie odprawiano pasażerów do 4 samolotów jednocześnie, przy jedynie dwóch uruchomionych stanowiskach. Na szczęcie wylot nastąpił w wyznaczonym czasie. Uwaga i prośba - proszę wykreślić kategorycznie z katalogu opcję pokoju \'superior\', co wyznacza podwyższony standard i nie inkasować z tego tyłu dodatkowej opłaty pieniężnej. Jest to wyraźne wprowadzanie klientów w błąd i nadużycie ze strony biura. Ogólnie hotel jest godny polecenia, pretensje zaś można mieć natomiast do samego biura Itaki. Zwrócił uwagę naszą brak flagi polskiej pośród innych wywieszonych na stołówce - przykre to, czy Polacy są gorszą kategorią gości?.

Hotel idealnie położony blisko centrum miasta. Plaża blisko hotelu, więc lokalizacja świetna. Sam hotel dość ładny, wnetrze utrzymane jednak w stylu trochę starszym. Sam pokój jednak nie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki - łazienka mikroskopijna z podstarzałym sanitariatem, taras (pokój na parterze) z widokiem na wewnętrzny korytarz hotelu, przez co krępująco było na nim siedzieć. Jedzenie za to genialne, codziennie był inny zestaw posiłków, a do wyboru było bardzo wiele potraw i specjałów greckich. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna - bez zarzutu.

Hotel położony w mieście, niedaleko plaży miejskiej. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre, różnorodne. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Pokoje wg standardu. Choć przez pierwsze 2 dni pobytu mieszkaliśmy w dużo słabszych pokojach. Jednak po zgłoszeniu w recepcji zostaliśmy przekwaterowani do pokoju odzwierciedlającego standard 4*: klimatyzacja 24h/dobę, telewizor, duża łazienka, balkon z widokiem na morze.

Hotel godny polecenia. Bardzo miła obsługa. Jedzenie bardzo różnorodne trzeba mocno się pilnować bo waga poleci, tyle tam różności mają:). Nie mieliśmy pokoju klasy superior więc lokalizacja jego nie była najlepsza. Pokoje superior mają widok na basen my mieliśmy widok na dróżkę dojazdową i jakieś domostwo. W sumie nie najgorzej. Najmocniejszą stroną Hotelu Minos to jedzenie i miła obsługa. Często pytaliśmy się ich o tym jak dojechać tu i tam. Zawsze z zaangażowaniem pomagali.

W hotelu Minos byliśmy po raz drugi, poprzedni we wrześniu ubiegłego roku. Wielkich zmian nie widać, może nieco skromniejsze wyżywienie szczególnie obiadokolacje. Pokoje nie należą do przestronnych, ale ich wielkość jest przyzwoita dla dwóch osób. Już w ubiegłym roku zdziwiła nas \'wielkość\' łazienki, ale w tym roku padł chyba rekord. Do łazienki musiałem wchodzić lekko bokiem, bo wąskie drzwi otwierające się do wewnątrz tarasowały wejście. Żeby wejść pod natrysk musiałem przekroczyć nad sedesem. Pod natryskiem wielkości nie największej umywalki trudno było się umyć. Cała łazienka miała może 1 mkw ( o ile nie przesadziłem in plus). Pokój nr 101 jakby kto pytał. W ofercie polskich biur podróży mało jest hoteli miejskich, a takim jest Minos. Bardzo dobre położenie i fajna plaża nieco rekompensują minusy hotelu. Polecam ten hotel ale z zastrzeżeniem, bo po hotelu 4* należy się jednak spodziewać bardziej ludzkich warunków mieszkaniowych.

Przyjemny, ładnie urządzony hotel z przytulnymi pokojami. Niezłe śniadania i bardzo smaczne zróżnicowane obiady. Lokalizacja hotelu ma swoje plusy - blisko nadmorskiej promenady, blisko do centrum pięknego Rethymno, ale i wady - hałaśliwa i ruchliwa ulica przy samym hotelu. Okna niektórych pokojów mają super widok na morze i basen, a niektórych niestety na niezbyt urokliwe podwórko lub wręcz ściany innych budynków. Obsługa hotelowa super - wszyscy bardzo uprzejmi, uśmiechnięci i pomocni. Pomimo hałaśliwego miejskiego otoczenia wyjeżdżaliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Hotel Minos to ciekawy architektonicznie (nawiązujący do pałacu minojskiego w Knossos) hotel w mieście, blisko plaży miejskiej. Do Starówki ok. 15 min. spacerem, bulwarem nadmorskim. Plażę od domów dzieli bardzo ruchliwa ulica. Baseny małe ale wystarczające. Pokój nieduży, szerokie, wygodne łóżko, balkon z meblami ale trochę za malutka łazienka bez wentylacji. Jedzenie dobre - nie będziecie głodni. Jest to hotel dla osób dorosłych, nastawionych na zwiedzanie i atrakcje miasta.
