Ludzie z obsługi bardzo, aż do bólu mili i przyjaźni. Pokoje schludne, zgodne ze standardem w ofercie. Hotel otrzymał 4 gwiazdkę za uruchomienie tawerny, także ITAKA powinna zaktualizować to w ofercie (podają 3 gwiazdki). Do piaszczystej plaży 150 metrów, w pobliżu sklepy, restauracje, kawiarnie. Miejsce kameralne, przytulne, godne polecenia.

Hotelik mały, kameralny, jednak przesada w gwiazdkami. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane, ręczniki wymieniane co dwa dni. Jeżeli chodzi o obsługę przy barze bywało różnie. Drinki delikatnie mówiąc oszukane,napoje bezalkoholowe również, chociaż nie zawsze - zależy kto obsługiwał bar.Z wyżywienia zawsze można było wybrać coś dla siebie. Brak wyboru w owocach /najczęściej był arbuz i jabłka/. Na plaży dużo miejsca - wrzesień - szeroka, piaszczysta i płytka. Spokojnie można było wejść ponad 100 m w głąb morza. Miejscowość mała, cicha, brak rozrywek - tylko odpoczywać.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z wakacji z Itaką. Wybraliśmy mały, kameralny hotel położony w pobliżu Heraklionu. Miejscowość w której się znajdował nie oferowała zbyt wielu atrakcji, ale wszystko wynagradzała przepiękna plaża z przejrzystą, cieplutką wodą i widokiem na ladujące samoloty. Do stolicy wyspy-Krety kilka minut autobusem. A tam ogromny wybór sklepów, tawern i czego tylko można oczekiwać. Hotel przyjemny, czysty, basen zawsze prawie pusty. Obsługa bardzo przyjazna, pomocna u można się dogadać po polsku. Formuła all inclusive dosyć skromna, alw wystarczająca. Rezydentka kompetentna i sympatyczna. Ciekawe chociaż dosyć drogie wycieczki fakultatywne. Polecamy Spinalonge. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i zrelaksowani po wakacjach.

Proponuje to zmienić na waszej stronie bo wprowadza w błąd przy kwestiach rozliczania opłat klimatycznych!! Niestety standard to co najwyżej 1 gwiazdka jeśli chodzi o pokoje. Są stare i zdezelowane. W pokoju dwie złączone jedynki (łóżka), które dla pary są beznadziejnym rozwiązaniem. W łazience imitacja prysznica. Zasłonka jest za krótka i w efekcie cała podłoga jest zalana. W niektórych miejscach grzyb na ścianach. Sprzątane codziennie. Dodatkowo w gratisie mrówki w pokoju. Obsługa miła, ale standard pokoi popsuł nam frajdę z wyjazdu. Był to nasza podróż poślubna i szczerze czegoś takiego się nie spodziewałem. Jeśli kładąc się spać w pokoju zastanawiam się czy czegoś nie złapie, albo czy w pokoju są pchły lub inne tego typu stworzonka to raczej nie jest to wymarzone miejsce na wakacje. Drugi raz mocno zastanowię się zanim skorzystam z waszych usług.

Brak zastrzeżeń co do czystości i obsługi hotelu. Ręczniki zmieniane regularnie, pokój sprzątany codziennie, z obsługą łatwo się było porozumiewać, wszyscy bardzo mili. Są też negatywy - pokój różnił się niż te ze zdjęcia - wystawała w nim rura nie wiadomo od czego, a na balkon wylewała się woda z klimatyzacji przez brak jej odprowadzenia z urządzenia, więc codziennie była tam mała "powódź". Do tego na balkonie, w wyżej wymienionym urządzeniu, znajdowało się odkryte kilkaset Volt, które groziło porażeniem w wypadku dotknięcia, tak więc musieliśmy się tam poruszać bardzo ostrożnie. Ściany w hotelu bardzo cienkie, było słychać wszystko co mówili/robili sąsiedzi, włącznie z uporczywym pikaniem - uruchamianiem i regulowaniem klimatyzacji. W nocy momentami było dosyć głośno ze względu na startujące samoloty, osobom z lekkim snem nie polecam wizyty w tym hotelu. Plaża przecudowna! I to był wielki plus - blisko hotelu. Basen czysty i dosyć duży. Jedzenie niesmaczne, monotonne, widać, że na tym oszczędzają. Zapach z kuchni nie do zniesienia. Rachunek za opłatę klimatyczną przyniesiono nam dopiero w przedostatni dzień pobytu, kiedy nie mieliśmy już gotówki, tak więc jeden dzień naszego pobytu spędziliśmy szukając bankomatu. Ta kwestia powinna być załatwiana od razu przy zakwaterowaniu.

Czystość w hotelu codziennie był pokój sprzątany,posciel poprawiona lub założona czysta,ręczniki również mieliśmy zmieniane.Pokój posiadał tv z programem polskim,tak że jakieś wiadomosci też można bylo oglądać.jedzenie dużo i zróżnicowane dla każdego,obsługa miła i uśmiechnięta.Godziny jedzenia między obiadem a kolacją może trochę wydłużone,przydałby się taki lekki posiłek,ostęp 6,5 godz troszeczkę już człowiek odczuwa głód.Plaza znajduje się blisko hotelu,jest ogólnodostępna i swobodnie można nawet bez wykupienia leżaków ułożyc się na własnym ręczniku na piasku.Hotel posiada również 2 baseny dla dorosłych i dla dzieci.Super sprawa ,mozna było przed obiadem popływać bez wychodzenia na plażę.

Obsługa bardzo miła, częściowo polsko-języczna, przyjechaliśmy 2h przed śniadaniem i specjalnie dla 2 osób przygotowano je wcześniej. Ostatniego dnia mimo, iż nie przedłużaliśmy pokoju, a wylot mieliśmy wieczorem - mogliśmy w pełni korzystać z części restauracyjnej i baru nieodpłatnie. Jedzenie bardzo dobre i dość urozmaicone, dopiero po kilku dniach dało się zauważyć powtórki. Szczególnie polecam ryby - świeże i świetnie zbalansowane smakowo. Hotel czysty, pokój codziennie sprzątany, ręczniki wymieniane co drugi dzień. Przestrzeń z leżakami pokryta sztuczną trawą, a samych leżaków dość sporo jak na wielkość ośrodka, zawsze było przynajmniej kilka wolnych zarówno w cieniu jak i w słońcu. Basen raczej mało użyteczny, nieduży, trochę nudnawy - praktycznie nikt nie korzysta. Z drugiej strony hotel jest 2 minuty od plaży, więc mogłoby go nawet nie być - nikt by nie zauważył, gdyby nie ruchoma fontanna wypuszczana na niego wieczorami. Hotel dość spokojny, idealny do relaksu, dla rodzin z dziećmi, gaśnie kilka minut po 23.

Ogólnie pobyt bardzo udany. My byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pokoju ale wiem, że można trafić źle. Samolotów w pokoju nie słyszeliśmy a widok przelatujących nad morzem był dla nas atrakcją. Plaża cudowna. Nigdzie indziej nie spotkałam się z tak tanimi leżakami - 1,5 Euro za leżak z parasolem. Leżaki nad basenem i sam basen - puste, to też duży plus. Natomiast miejscowość rozczarowuje. Opis "liczne sklepy i tawerny" to przekłamanie ze strony Itaki. Za to profesjonalna cukiernia, gdybym taką miała w pobliżu domu to nadwaga gwarantowana. No i do Heraklionu blisko. Chyba nikt nie napisał, że wg greckiej kategorii hotel ma 4 gwiazdki i za tyle pobiera opłatę klimatyczną. Bardzo fajna rezydentka Milena - doskonała też jako przewodniczka (Spinalonga).

Conquering Ksiloskala - the stone steps carved into a hillside overgrown with cypress trees. Walk through the gorge, on the way the first of several churches - Agios Nikolaos. Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. It is possible to reach by walking on the sandy bottom. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there.
